friendly people, great doctors, I always have a good experience, short wait.

If you receive social security supplemental income, don't expect them to tell the truth. Apparently, they told SS that I am no longer disabled. According to them, autism, tachycardia, irritable bowel syndrome, anxiety, and migraines are not disabling. Also, i have been doing significantly better without the meds that they had me on. You also cannot get refills unless you meet with the provider. So, i when 2 weeks without them and I didn't have any problems.

Perfect visit as always

I was really dreading my consult, but I found all the staff to be so warm and caring that I was put to ease very quickly. Everything was to see to my comfort from them trying to find a good match for me from their providers and therapists. They tried very hard to accommodate my schedule too. I do wish the wait times weren't so long though.

Mindy Hansen

If you want incredibly insane bills from out of nowhere, nightmares that keep you from sleeping because of the stress they will cause you, this is the place to go. They told me I needed genetic testing to better understand how medications would work for me. They told me it would cost about $50.00. I got a bill for $3,750. After months of calls with insurance and the people billing me, probably 50+ hours arguing on the phone, it was reduced to $675. $675! Needless to say, I was financially impacted for 2-3 months over this. I was very angry. Recently I was told to take a drug test. I paid the $20 requested and was out the door after the test. My insurance company just sent me a letter telling me that Lab Solutions was trying to extort $1,500 from me for the drug test. So now I have another nightmare to go through. I will not be able to sleep tonight worrying about how I am going to pay $1,500 for a drug test. Add to this, they refuse to run out of network claims to lower your payment. They simply do not care about patients as much as they care about the money. I'm confident they'll argue that it's not true, but experience and evidence says otherwise in my honest opinion. I have been to a lot of doctor's offices. I've had a lot of surprising "gotcha" bills over my lifetime. In a very short period of time, this office has caused by far the two biggest outrageous billing messes and expenses that I've ever had to deal with. The upset and anguish caused by Beaumont Behavioral Health exceeds the sum of the problems that brought me to them in the first place. Edit - The practice says that I can ignore the drug test bill. I cannot lose credit rating by simply ignoring people who bill me. It may be true that I end up not paying anything, but it's still a hassle and it's still not professional to let people unknowingly walk into billing issues like this. Regardless, we have parted ways and once this mess is over I won't have to deal with it anymore. I just feel bad for people who need psychiatric care and counseling, of all people, going through stuff like this. But I'm not sure there are any medical practices that care about anything other than money any more. Maybe the place is totally average in reality, relative to alternatives. I'm better off with no care though. Go find out for yourself.

Christian Loftus

The clinicians are absolutely wonderful! However the billing staff sucks beyond belief. Good luck on getting them to answer the phone or return your calls.

5 stars because I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. Cindy Mcalister suggested genetic testing and found i have a deficit in with my MTHFR gene and has started me on a supplement. It also showed a med that I have been taking since my diagnosis of fibromyalgia 7 years ago is not a good medicine for my body chemistry . Thank you Cindy.

Dawn Hirst Clark

Doctor sees you, not a psychologist. Doctor is ontime, doesn't let others who're late to jump in 30mins late. Doctor takes his time, Dr. Tovar, to make sure everything is said that you need to discuss! Staff are friendly & respectful, always willing to help.

Matthew Roberts was unable to see or listen to the symptoms of emotional abuse. He then gave me advice which ended up in me getting the first beating from my abuser. That last nearly two months all because of his advice and incompetence.

I have the upmost respect for the two ladies I see when I come to BBH. They are professional, caring and loving women. I have been attending for a while and I have overpassed all my expectations on my recovery with anxiety, depression, having PTSD and being bipolar. Learning that I can live my life to the fullness without being a recluse!!!!! I am not seeing them as often as in the beginning, that is because I have come such a long way in my recovery. I love them both dearly and would recommend everyone I know and don’t know to see them if they are referred!!!!!! I am so very glad my doctor sent me to BBH!!!!! I am a new person!!!!! Karen H.

They are always there to answer questions about my son. He has improved so much with their help. As a parent I don't feel alone or helpless anymore. We drive two hours and they are very flexible with scheduling.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! first let me say, all two providers we saw there were amazing, one just recently left and we followed her. It comes down to the other staff in this place. i have tried to suffer through this place for a little over three years now, but i no longer can take it. Just got a bill in the mail and they haven't been charging me the correct amount. When calling the billing office i am told that they front staff doesn't run the insurance. Which i did ask several times for them to make sure the copay was the correct amount. On top of the rude front staff the limited availability and the overall moral of the place, we will not be back. And i will let friends and family know not to waste their time coming to a place that doesnt put the patient first.

Excellent clinic! I have been going here for a year now and I really like the place. I see an extremely professional nurse practitioner that I like very much. Appointments run on time, which is a miracle by itself in a doctor's office. I would recommend Beaumont Behavioral to anyone looking for a good psychiatrist.

No respect given to patients time. Came in yesterday for an 845 appt that was supposed to last for 15 minutes. After waiting until 945 learned my appointment was to be canceled. I had already taken off of work for this appt. No apology given. Today I showed back up for a rescheduled 845 appt. Its now 9 oclock and the provider just took the 830 person back... Update at 10 - office manager called back and apologized. Set me up with an appt mid december. Im glad i didnt need my provider for anything ;)...

I went to this office for years for treatment for ADHD before there was even an office full of staff. I lost my parents health coverage and had to find an alternative provider. Over 3 months after signing my release of records not one person ever calls me back. Tried to Schedule an appointment (just to get a hold of my records) with the APRN who had treated me for years but after not seeing her for a couple years I would be considered a "New Old Patient" and have to pay a $200 fee instead of $115 ok so be it..... wait wait wait.... She was to busy to retake me as a patient busy being in the middle of project or something and wouldn't even return a call to me about my records. This place used to provide quality care but its evident they chose the money. My parents payed her company over $10,000 out of pocket in one year alone. Now we will have to look into filing an ethics complaint. 10/11/17 Update: I signed for the records myself in the downstairs office. That is why I went public on you to warn others and reported you. Oh and by the way... thats just sick. I was asked if I wanted to see someone else in your office after you refused me a new patient appointment months in advance and I declined as the experience was pretty poor after 2-3 months of signing the papers. On a last note do not lie and discredit patients and dont ever mention my mother she only *called* to find out why you wouldent release them. Your staff claimed they updated my phone number in the system a couple weeks into this nightmare.

Ty Crutchfield

Very friendly staff and great providers, especially Erica, but I'm partial. Thanks for the wonderful and courteous treatment I've been given. I look forward to continuing to build a respectable relationship with this professional organization.

William Cooper

As soon as you stop paying the large amounts for the initial appointments or testing, they are NOT willing to work with you at all. For example, after several months working with their "professionals," my work schedule changed such that I could not make appoints except for Fridays and weekends. They are very unwilling to schedule appointments Fridays, and take Friday afternoons off and have no service on weekends. They are not willing to make any adjustments outside of their schedule despite advertising to do so. I highly recommend finding another facility.

Amy Goodwin

They work with you so much to make sure you get the best care that is out there.

Do not go here..this is a mental.health doctor that doesnt know how to treat mental illness..she will cut u off your meds and leave u to withdrawl til point of suicide. This Heather burchett is garbage and a joke. Please dont take your sick family members there...i have journals and phone records of a cry for help from a very sick person who was mistreated and neglected by Heather Burchett. I am going to burn her name on every site online. Do not take your mentally sick people here. Please i beg u.

Previously I had referred my family & friends to this facility and bragged about how great they were. I had gone there for several years since being 18-19yrs old. I really was pleased with my provider E. Templeman. I was willing to put up with frustrations of the facility as a whole in order to continue seeing her. However, it seems that ever since they have changed to new owners and the new management and billing systems- I have experienced a lot of issues. I have been double charged for multiple different things and made reports to the customer service/ombudsman dept. and have had a lot of difficulties with communication with staff. Such as: On one occasion earlier this year I called approximately 2 days before my scheduled appointment and stated that due to a work responsibility I needed to reschedule my appointment. The lady said ok and put me in a time slot for a couple days later. I specifically asked if she also canceled the original appointment after making me a new one and she confirmed that she had... I go to my appointment and they tell me I need to pay a $70 no-show fee for missing my original appointment. I said "no, I was not a no-show... I actually called a couple days in advance to reschedule and that's why I'm here today". It's just stuff like that has happened more than once and finally I started to be more careful about confirming things so I wouldn't get stuck paying unnecessary $70 just bc I was too busy to remember whether or not I actually did what they are telling me I did or didn't do. **I agree with other reviewers in that PsychBC has continued to send me bills for things I have very clearly paid and that even the local office confirms I paid. They even sent a repeat bill to my parents home address (the address I had when I first started going to this agency several years ago) and out of concern my father paid it.. he paid a $150+ bill just 2 days after I had already paid that exact same bill and I have both of our credit card/bank statements to show it. After making this known to their ombudsman’s office and providing my side of the documentation (with copies of bank statements and highlighted the dates of payment)- they have still not reimbursed my father or offered any satisfactory explanation. And another pretty irritating issue is that I have been trying for a little over a year to get my records from them (which would be my first and only copy) so I can establish care with a new provider. I made the initial request as instructed by their staff. A couple months later I was provided with only a tiny portion of my requested record. Since then I have been trying to rectify this and have been given the complete run around; for the past 9 months I have called the records dept multiple times explaining this and requesting the record as indicated on my initial records request forms and even showed up in person with NO LUCK. From what I understand, they were bought by another company from out of state. I no longer would recommend to anyone I know, which is very unfortunate. I know the local staff may not ~all~ be responsible for the problems there and because I'm obviously not privy to their staff meetings and upper management info I don't fully know how things have transpired but I do know from a paying customer perspective... this place and the quality of service has gone very much down hill. It's NOT worth the hassle.

I have been seeing a provider here for over two years for ADHD treatment. I was so thankful that I found someone who I could trust and I felt I could relate to. I missed an appointment and was sent a letter stating that I either no showed, arrived late, or cancelled 6 appointments without a 24 hour notice so my provider was terminating treatment. These 6 appointments were spread over a two year period. There was no warning, no phone call, nothing. The last time I had seen her everything seemed great. However, anyone that has been diagnosed with ADHD, or has even done a little research about it would tell you that being late and keeping appointments is something that we struggle with. Not that it is an excuse, but no one ever mentioned the fact that it would cause me to be terminated abruptly. So when I called to reschedule I was told I could no longer be seen, and to boot, I was out of my medications and it was Thursday. In the letter they sent me they said they would continue treatment for 30 days to give me time to find another provider. This not only hurt that the relationship I had with my provider wasn’t as wonderful as I had originally thought, but made me question the practice altogether. I don’t feel like I can trust them to appropriately treat me. But I decide to give it another shot with someone else. So I call to make an appointment with a different provider and ask for my prescription to be refilled one last time. I was told my prescription would be filled and I had an appointment on Monday. I waited and waited for the script to be called in. It never happened. Friday I call several times, only talking to office staff who promise to relay my messages and call me back. I never received a call back. I never got my prescription refilled. So after being prescribed a fairly high dose of ADHD medication for over 2 years, I am abruptly forced to stop taking it cold turkey. I tried to stay strong all weekend to make it to my appointment with a new provider that following Monday, but by Sunday I am barely able to get out of bed. I was experiencing extreme fatigue, depression, nightmares, and now an extreme distrust of this practice. I couldn’t wake up on time for my appointment on Monday. When I finally woke up and realized I was going to miss yet another appointment I couldn’t do anything but cry because I knew that meant they would not care. Why would they? And I was right. I called and was told that they would no longer see me and they would not give me a refill. I am extremely disappointed and hurt that they care so little about their patients and seem to have no concern for forcing their patients to go into major withdrawal from medications that they prescribed. I feel like I was just thrown to the curb with no regard to the fact that I am chemically dependent on a medication they prescribed. How quickly they just stopped treatment and the lack of concern they have for the withdrawal I was forced to go into is a huge concern for me. There is no understanding, no compassion. It will be extremely hard for me to find a provider I can trust now. I’m so very disappointed with Beaumont behavioral health. I recommend finding a different practice that takes time to understand and help their patients as individuals who are struggling with mental health issues.

My very first visit to Beaumont was for a consult. They were recommended to me by a family member. I was treated with so much kindness and respect as soon as I walked in the door. From the receptionist to the actual person doing the intake. They were professional, knowledgeable and I really felt like they cared about me. I haven’t had that type of quality care in years. I am actually driving over an hour to see the doctor and would recommend this group to anyone!!

This place is a joke. Very expensive, and they sometimes continue to send bills long after you've paid them. But by far my worst complaint was when they were seeing my daughter and we had called to set up an appointment, we were told the next available one was over a month away. That is totally unreasonable for any mental health facility, and in my opinion, criminally negligent. At least it was all the proof I needed that BBH exists only to cash checks, the welfare of my daughter was not their concern.

Megan Gray

I cannot say anything better about BBH-Prosperous Pl. My treatment plan has been completely customized to fit me and my needs. From the front desk staff to my therapist/APRN, I've encountered wonderful people who are focused and dedicated to helping me be a better me.

Meri Bartoli

REVIEW FOR BBH EAST LOCATION: Overall my experience has been OK; love our counselor; however, front office staff is rude; I made two appointments that mysteriously disappeared and they argued with me saying I didn't schedule them; backup doctors are useless and will not refill emergency prescriptions when your doctor is out; if you have been on the same medication for 2 years, don't you think a refill is justified by this point; they definitely need to focus on their patients needs; treat them with a sense of urgency; especially in critical/time sensitive situations; front office staff needs customer service training!

I LOVE THIS PLACE

Jessica Deaton

I love Jennifer Parr, but after many years of going to Beaumont I have to find somewhere else because of the incompetent staff. I guarantee if the MD knew about the nonsense he'd clean house. Very sad.

phiddy66

Great experience. I would recommend this place immediately. The staff was very professional, very helpful, kind and friendly. They were able to answer all of my questions. The counselors that I talked to made be feel very comfortable and I did not feel intimidated by them at all.

Shana Christine

If there is a problem, they will not return your phone calls. My son is currently without any treatment because they will not help us. He’s supposed to be on medication for ADHD but there was a problem and they won’t return our phone calls. This never happened when he was at the other location before Dr McPeak moved away

Elizabeth Gulley

My daughter went there for anxiety and out of control panic attacks. The therapist told her she was having difficulty- Adulting- and told her to buck up and get on with it. We never went back.

Tony Rudd

Very friendly & professional staff. They always make me feel comfortable and easy going environment. Gina Settle is amazing at what she does.

Jeffery Kalinowski

I need to say this before the review. I too am plague with fears of corporate conspiracy, and to make quick false judgments, and the fears of change and the fears of the unknown, add infinium. I would not be human if I did NOT given-in to my distorted thoughts and irrational fears. However, I do given-in to these on occasion. And, sometimes on several occasions in a day. We are all just human including the staff and the doctors at this center. They have a hard job! Give them a break! Moreover, I found my Doctor there to be not only quite knowledgeable, warm, empathic: and someone who showed great concern holistically for my health and my over-all personal well being, but also acted with commitment, compassion, integrity, and conviction. My appointments consisted of 20 to 30 minutes each. I have had NO bad experiences with this center, and have always had a pleasant experience while I was there. Moreover, canceling my appointment and rescheduling was NOT a problem as long as I called the day before my appointment, and I got-in very close to my original appointment. The staff have always been great to me: nice, friendly, smiling, joking, and warm. Once in a while not, and only for a moment, but if you are looking and waiting to find perfection anywhere in the world, you will be waiting a very long time. Achieving perfection is impossible, achieving excellence is. This place has an excellent staff, and I have seen an excellent Doctor. I have seen no evidence whatsoever of her pushing medications from pharmaceutical sales people and companies. As a matter of fact, I went for "medication management" and she kept me on all my medications that already have been working for me for the past few years. Moreover, she added one that definitely helped. It was a type of medication, which has been around for a long time. So, what medications are being pushed? What kick backs? Show me the prove! Sales people handing out samples to doctors is normal, and most Doctors offices give these samples to people who are less fortunate and can NOT afford the medication otherwise. And, I can prove it! This is a humanitarian effort not a corporate conspiracy. The office is big and corporate looking, but please do not be quick to judge the Doctors and staff contained in these ominous towering walls. My Doctor and I did disagree on one point, but I have never completely agreed 100% with any doctor in any field that I have seen over my 35 years of seeing doctors and being old enough to form an honest opinion about them. A Doctor to whom I chose to close my mind or who does NOT challenge me is about one of the worst Doctor I could possibly keep seeing. Without challenges in my treatment and recovery, I believe, there is minimum chances of me furthering my recovery and effectively managing my illness with the Doctors help as my teacher and as my guide. I do NOT take a Doctors advice or diagnosis or medication prescribed as law. And, sometimes I get a second opinion. The final choice about my recovery from mental illness, or any other health issues for that matter, are mine and mine alone, as are the consequences of my choices. There are plenty of good Doctors and sometimes different Doctors can work together in helping me. Doctors know and understand that Medical Science is NOT an exact science and their patients need understand this too. There is a story about a Student Monk who, one evening at diner, asks the Head Monk, what is the meaning of life? The Head Monk said, "I will tell you in one week." "Now, eat your rice, and wash your bowl." Every day for a week, the Student Monk asked the Head Monk, "What is the meaning of life?" And the Monk just replied, "I will tell you in a week", Now, eat your rice, and wash your bowl. After one week, the monk was excited because he knew a week had past and Head Monk would now have to tell him what the meaning of life is. So, the Student Monk asked the Head Monk for the last time what is the meaning of life? And the Head Monk replied, "I HAVE told you in a week, eat your rice and wash your bowl."

Beaumont Behavioral Health is the only place I would recommend to anyone needing the care which they specialize in. Everyone there, from the front office staff up to the Doctors including all Specialists have always been courteous, professional and most of all helpful in any and all of our needs. My wife and I have been treated at BBH for over three years now without any problems or issues. If we had not found BBH I would hate to think where and what our lives may have been like at this time. We would personally recommend to anyone who needs their professional services to contact them immediately. We have the upmost confidence in BBH, their staff and all their physicians. I don’t like to single out anyone with praise, especially at BBH but I feel compelled to mention John Vinson and Paul Acra. Both of these kind, considerate, professional and knowledgeable gentlemen have given my wife and I the treatment that changed our lives completely. I truly believe they were God sent when we needed them the most. We also believe that if we had been seen by any other physicians other than John and Paul the results would have been the same for us. WHY? Because this what BBH specializes in. Helping People in their Crisis and Needs.

I Love my Doctor and staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful! They are prompt and courteous in communicating with me. Whether it's a phone call or just asking them general questions at my visit. I was extremely impressed at how Kari Hall Jones was able to very my condition, and the severity of with just a few tests. I was diagnosed at age 6 with Hyperactivity, but medical science hadn't understood that my condition was far more than just being "hyper", my attention span was about 10 seconds long all through school. I wanted to learn, but just could not focus long enough to retain information. In my late teens, I was properly diagnosed with A.D.D. Here is the best way I'm able to describe my experience and condition metaphorically; During the times that I was not medicated, my mind was foggy. Sometimes it was rainy with a high possibilty of lightning and thunderstorms. When I'm properly medicated, the sun is shining and the birds are singing! I'm thankful for this facility.

Whytney Poe

Jennifer Parr actually listen and properly got my meds and diagnosis correct after over 10+ years of struggling to find a good normal!

David Oliver

Wonderful, helpful and professional. I was treated well knew I was in good hands when the 1st appointment was for evaluation, to see what I wanted and what I needed. They guided me off all medications (Effexor) with none of the dreaded discontinuation syndrome (brain zaps). Should I need help in the future I'll gladly return. I highly recommend Beaumont Behavioral Health.

Their business office is the worst I've ever dealt with, the therapist are ok, however my prescribing doctor wants to push the drugs her pharmaceutical rep wants her to push, and not what I actually need. They don't listen to the patient when they know what they're talking about.

Excellent Care!!! From the staff to the practitioners, it's TOP-NOTCH!!! Only "complaint" if you can call it that, is the length of time between appointments... Need to limit patients or add more practitioners.

Elizabeth Templeman has absolutely been the best thing that has happened to me with regard to my treatment for panic attacks and high anxiety. For those reading this review, take it from me, ASK for this woman especially if you are dealing with anxiety issues. She is non-invasive, respectful, and above all things, she listens! A defining mark of a talented medical professional in my opinion, is one who can keep the balance between listening to a persons perceptions about their own health issue and also doing what is medically necessary. She is one of the rare ones who does just that! 5 stars from me across the board!

Donna Stratton

This is a wonderful place.

Kim Drury

BBH offers the highest level of care available in the Lexington area! They are professional, considerate, and don't treat you like a number. They are remarkable and I recommend them to everyone looking for their types of services.

Anthony Williams

You are seen within 5 minutes of your appointments

Rachel Elizabeth

Find somewhere else for your needs. This place is very inconsiderate of their customers and their staff. All they want is your money and they don't do anything to help the customers who are there trying to make a better of themselves.

Angela Birch

Going to Beaumont Behavioral Health of Lexington (Monarch) for many, many years. I highly recommend them. Cindi McCallister is amazing! She has helped me so much over the years!

Diane Heinz

Nonjudgemental, Helpful and charismatic... Kudos!

Tana Allen

Wonderful doctors! My young son has special needs/sensory issues, the lighting and "living room" feel to their offices have helped him cooperate (and even get his blood pressure taken every time). We have both benefited greatly over the years

Jessica Blair

If you are looking for great doctors, you have found them. However the office staff are unprofessional. They have lost records, they cancelled appointments and tried to charge me! Prescriptions have not been called in...basically we are leaving because of them. The office moved my childs dr across town and we were unable to see that Dr anymore. Which is great for children with attachment issues.

Sarah Nunan

Very good Doctors and I like the easy lauded back meeting

Larry Profitt

I felt welcomed and valued from the instant i walked through the door. The staff was kind and patient with me.

Brennen Ragone

Very compassionate and helpful group of professionals. Doubt you'll find any better care anywhere!

Gloria Welton

95% of the time the staff is most courteous, friendly, and helpful. However, I arranged for someone to cover my classes, traveled 2 hours to see a nurse practitioner, got lost, called to say I would be late, and was tardy fifteen minutes. The nurse practitioner refused to see me. "You'll have to come back next Tuesday." I had my husband call to say I would be late. I did everything to be there on time. That obviously was not good enough. Why do professionals feel they are the only ones inconvenienced when something goes wrong? No one should be turned away because of a mistake. My husband even called back and asked the person to call. There was no phone call or message.

Kaitlen Barnes

Stick your head in a toilet and flush. That's about as useful as attempting to reach anyone over any matter at this business. After over a month of trying to reach a therapist to discuss a test, still no response. How are these people still in business??? Find someone better. It shouldn't be that hard.

I pay for my own private insurance and these people told me they took my insurance. My insurance confirms it. Then they schedule me with someone that doesn’t take my insurance and send me a bill for a $1000!!!!! DO NOT TRUST. Go somewhere else!!!

Great folks here. They've helped me more than any doctors around here.

The treatment I have received over this past week from this office has been absolutely DESPICABLE. I was prescribed a new medication that I was informed would need to be preauthorized by insurance. Although I knew insurance wouldn't accept it due to prior issues with these new, ungeneric medications - I agreed to try to get it preauthorized anyway, as I'm pretty much desperate to find something to combat my severe borderline personality disorder and anxiety. I was also prescribed a weaning dosage of my pristiq, which I've been on for the past year or so. I was told by my psychiatrist Jenna herself that if, after a week my medication was not preauthorized, to call the refill hotline and leave a message that it wasn't preauthorized by insurance, and to call me something in. A few weeks or so went by because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and just continued taking my 50 milligrams of pristiq, of which I was taking from the weaning dosage of 25 milligram pills I was given. I was taking two a day. By Friday, July 5th, I had two 25 milligram pills left. I took them both that day, because I didn't not wean myself off of it, with fear that I would become unstable if I weaned myself off and had nothing to fall back on. I called Friday morning, explaining the whole situation, requested a new medication and more pristiq to wean off of. Didn't receive a call back until Monday by Tiffany, asking if I had gotten my medications called in. I still had not. By Monday, I was now going through severe withdrawals, including vomiting, severe headaches and was very angry/ emotional & standoffish to everyone around me, anything I did exhausted me. By being off of this medication I could have hurt myself or even someone around me. I didn't have the energy to continue calling back and forth trying to get my medication by this time, and due to this, my mother stepped in. We called you guys atleast 10 times between Friday and Tuesday. I still wasn't given my medication on Monday, and was told Tiffany would call me back Monday evening. Tuesday morning came and we still had not had my medications called in, and Tiffany did not return my call until Tuesday. She finally had my medication called in because my mother had to threaten to come to the monarch location, upon which she found out that my psychiatrist, Jenna, was on vacation and wasn't even in the office. I was told multiple times that my requests would be sent directly to Jenna and they obviously were not, because after I got my medications I checked the bottle and saw a completely different name than hers on the prescriber list. I would NEVER recommend your business to people who have mental health issues, as the anxiety I felt on top of all of my withdrawal symptoms over not having my medication and having to go back and forth with you all, was absolutely debilitating. I will NEVER be coming back, and have already found a new provider. I cannot have unreliable people in charge of my mental health.

I was comfortable here from the start, and had the sense that whatever I needed, they were dedicated to helping me get it. I feel like I am genuinely cared for, and that is so important when you walk in feeling like there is no hope.

The times my prescriptions have had no problems refilling is a dwindling ratio into the negatives. Be prepared to wait 10 minutes if you have to call for anything.

Masa Welch

Inaccurate billing that frequently has to be resent to insurance. Outrageous cancellation fees no meter the reason. If you need more stress this is the place.

I would give 0 stars if possible. They don't keep their appointments at either location. Out of 6 appointments they either didn't show up or canceled. My time is and health is extrememly valuable to me! If you can't depend on your provider to even show up how can you expect to receive proper care? HIGHLY suggest you find a dependable provider and stay far away from BBH.

I’ll start at the beginning.I enjoy the ample parking lot and the ease of entering the building. Currently I had total knee replacement and it was so easy navigating the parking lot , the elevator and entry into Dr Tovar’s Office. I must say , waiting in the wait room was so enjoyable, as someone had taken care to decorate the office and it was very festive. The Ladies who check me in are extremely pleasant, professional and get me ck’ed in post haste. Of course my wait time for Dr Tovar was only a few moments. Whoever I see at BBH IS always on time. MY experience with Dr Tovar, is always so helpful, he really listens and gives me all the time I need. I came to BBH with several serious issues I wanted to address, and Dr Tovar efficiently diagnosed areas I needed help with. Within a few short visits with Brian Manning, Amanda Oerter, PsyD and Dr Tovar they have changed my life, and I enter each new day with confidence, high self esteem, and the tools to handle all adversity that may come my way. And, I am just plain happier than I have been in years and continue to accomplish so much that I was mentally unable to do in the past. I will and have made recommendations to my friends and Family. I hope nothing changes at BBH. It’s starting to feel like home.

I've seen my doctor every three months for 18 years and had an excellent experience every time. He is kind and personable and all the staff are helpful and pleasant. There's never a wait!
