You can tell this is not just a job for her, but someone who really wants results for my child. I recommend this company for anyone who has a child with OT or Speech concerns. Thank you!

I absolutely love my childrens therapists they are super friendly and imformative they make it so much fun for my kids and they make me feel welcome. The therapist and the rest of the staff and very sweet they got my kids in fast too most places take so long to see new patients i would most defiantly recommend coming here

We love APT! From our first experience they were so friendly, helpful and efficient. Our first appointment we met with our OT, Ginette, then Amie and Kayla soon after for PT and Speech. All were welcoming, genuine, had caring attitudes and were good at what they do! Isaac quickly loved them and he even attempts to say their names! We call our team of therapists the “dream team”.

My daughter is 3 years old with a tongue tie and her dentist insists that she needs a frenectomy. Due to our insurance we were required to get a referral to find a dentist who would perform the procedure. This is the closest one that they found us. Which it's 3 hours away from our house. We went to the initial consolation where the dentist insisted as well that she needed the procedure done. He scheduled her an appointment for a month later to have it done. A month later we drive 3 hours for her to have the frenectomy done just for the director to say my daughter isn't ready because she squirmed a little bit. She went in to say that she could have it done in a year. We drove 3 hours for this woman to tell me now that what was severe a month ago is not severe now. She tried giving my daughter some of the gas to calm her down(which she was barely moving anyway she was just uncomfortable which I don't how comfortable a 3 year old could be with someone prying her mouth open) but she didn't even give the gas time to set in and calm her down. She immediately stopped. She also didn't personally acknowledge my daughter only one of the assistants did. This was a very inconvenient situation she put me and my child in. I'm a single mother who had to take off of work because on 3 different occasions I've been told by medical specialists my daughter needed this procedure done. Just to be turned away. I'm very unhappy with this and I do not recommend this place. Horrible experience.

We are so lucky to have found APT! My son has been working with his occupational therapist for over two years and with her patience, guidance, and support he has made great strides in the classroom. He truly enjoys going to APT and the therapists really make it more like play than "work" for him. I know that with their intervention he will have a solid start for the rest of his academic career!

My daughter had a screening done at her preschool ($12) and was referred for speech therapy. She had other issues that I believe needed to be addressed by a speech therapist as well. When I called to schedule the evaluation the scheduler told me I needed a physician's referral to bill through insurance and informed me that there was a waiting list for speech therapy. No one was willing to answer my questions. What is the purpose of paying for a screening if I also need to pay for a doctor's visit? This was never disclosed to me in their 2 pages of information sent home. I have a physician's referral and I'll be going elsewhere for an evaluation
