I've been very happy with Kim.

Kim Miller is completely unprofessional after the intake process. Called to reschedule my visit and she had a terrible attitude; even insisting that I didn't want to see my kid because I've had to reschedule twice due to work. If not for this being court ordered I would MOST DEFINITELY pick another company. She then calls me to personally dispute my review stating that "my review isn't true" yet this is EXACTLY how my process has been with the "Exchange Center".

Came to see my children today wasn't told there wasn't open. My ex husband was called which he has vehicle and I'm riding bus in 6ft snow. Horrible.. I hope I have money come back tomorrow. I will be calling my lawyer to let them know
