This place is worthless. They will not prescribe medication. They just try to milk you with talk therapy sessions that don't do a damn thing. The staff is kind of weird too.

The nurse (Cindy) is very rude and will not listen to anything you have to say! She actually just hung up on me this morning because she did not want to hear what I had to say! She is always grumpy and has a attitude, maybe it's time she retires or finds a new line of work!

I don't feel valued here. I can never get anyone on the phone or a call back to reschedule my appointment. Anyone who answers the phone sounds more depressed than i am. Not very welcoming

The therapist either have more problems than you or talk to you like you are beneath them. My last visit was the first visit with a new therapist and she told me all that I was doing to better myself was useless because I would never get better. I left there in worse mental standing than when I walked in

Absolutely terrible they just talked and didn’t do much or prescribe anything and in the end just said he just wants attention

Spoke to somebody about two weeks back who was unable to get an appointment until 5/9. I called today to confirm that the appointment was aet, and even after speaking with a crisis worker the day the appointment was scheduled and her confirming that it was scheduled, I find out they never scheduled my intake appointment, and the crisis worker doesn't remember speaking to me So much for asking for help. Done.

Every single person from the receptionist to the therapists to the psychiatrists are rude as hell. If you have serious anxiety issues I would not recommend this place at all
