Rachelle is awesome! She has helped our family so much with family matters and gave us reliable simple solutions! Great for adults and kids. I did read some negative reviews having a hard time getting an appointment. However, think about it, would you rather have a therapist in high demand hard to get a bad therapist which is easy to get into? Once you get you initial appointment, it's easy to get in a routine schedule. It is worth the wait.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Not only do you never get a call back, nor do you get emails back when you send in contact forms, but should you even be able to get an appointment, their practices are very outdated, as are their counseling policies. They are also incredibly expensive and will tell you one thing to your face but then mysteriously say the following week that you have a $140 balance to pay off. Fortunately, my family got away from Novo as soon as possible. We wouldn’t recommend any of their therapists/counselors.

Getting an appointment with this place is an absolute nightmare. There is only one receptionist, Deb, and she never seems to be able to answer the phone. I leave voicemail after voicemail, she calls back a few hours later but I’m either working or busy and am unable to pick up. It’s a constant, unpleasant game of phone tag. I drove up there the other day to make an appointment, which I should not have had to do in the first place, and she told me that Deb is the only person who makes appointments and she cannot come up to the front. You’d think for a counseling center they would have a better system for setting up appointments, what if someone is in a crisis and needs their therapist? I love my therapist Heather, she is great and has helped me a lot, however I can never get an appointment with her due to the receptionist never being available. Long story short, therapists are great, receptionists and appointment set ups, not so much!!
