I do not know why it is there for. I was disappointed every time I visited. Got wrong or incorrect psychological treatments. For instance, the first time I visited there for a concern, they tested me for my personalities, sentence completion and working alliance, etc. Obviously they found nothing wrong from those tests, but still advised me to keep visiting because "we feel you need some inter-personal skills". You can't refuse and once you do you'll face "being expelled from KU", at least this was what they told me. Even if you follow their policies that "call our clinic if you need us", they do not hesitate to diagnose you as criminals if you tell them later that you could not agree with what happened in their private session room. This is how the clinic works.
