I have waited a while to post this and I don’t even know why. I can, without a doubt in my mind, say that Regina Martin SAVED MYLIFE. When I came to her I was incredibly suicidal and I was convinced no one could help me. I have never been satisfied with therapy I received in the past and thought seeing her would be no different. I was so wrong. I’m not going to sit here and say Regina is a passive woman that will coddle you and listen without feedback. That is not her at all. The reason I continue to have so much success with her treatment is that she has never been afraid to tell me what I need to hear. (Not what I WANT to hear... there’s a difference.) She has given me strategies to stave off anxiety attacks, helped me find a great doctor for med checks, and just all around cares. I would recommend her to anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, feelings of low self-worth... and I have. And she has helped them as well.
