Didn't even have the courtesy to review our notes prior to my appointment Was not impressed offered no suggestions or improvement strategies. if I wanted someone to listen and not offer feedback this is the place to go! I could have my wife do that a hell of a lot cheaper!!

Amazing staff. Life changing. My biggest complaint and reason for not giving 5 stars is that their scheduling staff suck. Not only is every call a painful process of seemingly unnecessary questions but hey, you don't need to talk down to me while you're at it! If you are asking for my LAST name don't just say "name?" Also, I was told someone is to be there until 6:30 most nights to answer the phone...What a load. Not once have I called close to 5 and had anyone answer! Ever! Change to an online tool or train your people to be better at answering the phone/representing your company.

I wasnt a believer in therapy until I came here. It really does work with the right person as your therapist. Kait is a life changer. 5 stars.
