Unfortunately, I have to agree this is very gender bias and outdated method the way they preform this. I would agree to record everything which is legal $20 for a digital recorder at Walmart. I wish my experience was better there was a picture already made up in the L.M. ‘s mind about me and my wife and We were belittled for it and I was specifically belittled for having a bad memory due to side effects of medication I had been on for years and then told that the medication doesn’t have that side effect when it clearly stated it on the FDA webpage for it. The questions they asked were nothing about finding the truth or getting to know us personally, it seems they didn’t care about the truth or the situation or anything else. I was only asked about my behavior in school, growing up, physical and mental health of myself and immediately family. They try to push buttons and say things to get you upset ( I never did) but the statements they made were based on the he said she said drama that was reported to them when referral was made. It was stated like facts not asked about and we were both interrupted or not given them the option to state our side of the story. I was offended in the way myself and my wife (especially) was treated. Don’t have the results back but from the comments and unprofessionalism that was experienced before, during, and after the evaluation it seems to be true that they lean towards whom ever is paying the bill instead of what’s right and true. I will update this review once I have gotten a copy of the evaluation and we are seeking a second opinion on our own which I would also recommend on top of the recording. I’m sad because from other comments it seems like there are a few good workers there but the experience and business seems to be ruined by those few whom are buyable or swayeded by those whom are paying the bill. As stated will keep everyone updated when recived evaluations burn from here and the second opinion place. Update saw the evaluation she not only mixed up dates like the worst types of dyslexic person which made her report admissible and ridiculous but she diagnosed me and my wife with the exact same thing. Paranoid personality disorder and malinger long here’s the thing I know 3 people she’s seen and done a evaluations on and guess what they have the exact same diagnosis I have pictures of all out our diagnosis to prove this. Got a second opinion and even showed them this report and they laughed at it also she said my wife doesn’t have cancer she has a cancer removal surgery paid in full in 8/28/19 my wife refused to allow her to get information about it because she violated hippa by handing out our info as well as getting files pulled for our immediate family which was not okayed or signed for. Overall a complete waste of tax payers dollars and our time. She also has a really low recommendation on any and all health care sites.

Dr. Ross was very professional and was very thorough going over the evaluation. I do not have any experience in the process of a evaluation. I gained a lot of information about all of the areas that they look at. I am also very confident that Dr Ross made her diagnosis on all information gathered. I would gladly use Dr Ross anytime.

When L.M. says " I don't record the evaluation" beware because she will alter the truth to favor who pays the bill. I highly suggest recording the interview yourself which is legal. It's all about money, not what's right. I would compare this to the glove expert on the O.J. Simpson trial $$$$$$.

My experience with Shelby Psychological was great. Very thorough process to speak to everyone and get the details of everything from everyone involved. Im very pleased with the professionalism here and the work they put in to get to the end of it. Weather ot actually relieves the tension going on the truth is out!
