I will update my review, contacted the email provided by the response and was told I would be contacted the next day. That was two weeks ago. This place is a joke. Talked to 4 different people who cannot call my insurance company just to get the authorization number that was authorized 5 months ago. I tried but they will only give it to the facility but it took me a matter of 5 min just to call. I will be taking my son elsewhere. Clearly they cannot manage anything past an evaluation.... I started the whole process of getting my son evaluated in October. Had the first evaluation and my son was diagnosed with autism. The second evaluation for Aba therapy came in December... my son played monopoly with a staff member and I filled out paperwork for an hour because they forgot to email me the paperwork. My insurance was charged 600$ for that visit. Since the appointment I have yet to receive a call regarding his plan of treatment. Although I am not sure how a game of monopoly can decide how often my son needs to be seen. I have reached out for answers and was told I would be contacted in March. It is now mid April and I have still yet to receive my phone call. I do not recommend this facility I wish there was an option for 0 stars.

My son has been going to this school for almost a year now. The difference they have made in his life are absolutely incredible!! Highly, highly recommend this place over all other ABA Centers in Lafayette!
