This place is a joke! They contact your insurance company about coverage, but don’t relay the correct information to you about what is covered. Then leave you with a bill you shouldn’t have to pay due to their mistake. They misinform to make more money!

I would give less than one star if I could. I went here years ago. My counselor didn't do a darn thing to help me. She was condescending and lazy. They put me on a video chat with a psychiatrist who seemed very inconvenienced to be talking to me, because he was on vacation. He talked to me for all of 15 minutes and made an inaccurate diagnosis and prescribed medication that I had an allergic reaction to. As soon as I was out of sight from the camera I heard him complaining about me behind my back. Go anywhere else but here.

What a joke this place is! They told me my insurance deductible was paid so I only owed co pays. Then I get a bill in the mail and they tell me to take it up with my insurance company.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Charged me $100 for an "Intake", which was just some paperwork. I thought I was starting the group counseling. Called another joint about their program and he laughed when I asked how much they charge for the intake. "We don't charge you to do some paperwork", he replied. They fooled me outta $100, don't let them fool YOU! Call around and know exactly what you're walking into. Cause these people are Pirates.

There isn't much of a spread on these reviews so I'm not sure who to believe. All I can say is I've paid a lot of money to see a psychiatrist and psychologist who don't care. My psychologist was late multiple times, couldn't find her notes, and didn't understand or even try to understand the issues I brought up. She was annoyed when I've told her I couldn't schedule appointments instead of calling in due to my finances.The psychiatrist they had me see over webcam put zero refills on my prescriptions, so I have no other option but to schedule additional appointments that I can't afford. Overall I've spent a lot of money and have been rushed to schedule unhelpful appointments by an establishment that doesn't even care enough to do their damn job, let alone care about your own well being.

Money grab is all this place is. Evaluation quality on a quackish level. If the physchatrisits life’s depended upon the accuracy of their evaluations, they would have passed away long ago. I can honestly say that showing up to classes and having McGruff kick me in the nuts every time I went would have been more useful than anything they had to offer... but they got my money so I guess it’s a win for them.

This place is horendous. The counselors half ass everything the service is terrible. They try to get as much money from you as possible. They do not care whatsoever if you get help they just want your money and will try to screw you over. DO NOT go here if you seek serious professional help.

Do not go here they all rude n will claim you didn’t pass a drug test . Safe passage is cheaper .. 100 dollar to change a date on a paper and teacher claim I smell like weed

I must agree with the other one stars. As a retired, disabled medical professional, the only good thing I can say is the office folks. The are kind and always ready for a joke. The nurse practitioner I saw is no healthcare provider. I have anxiety attacks that is horrible. I was already approved by a physician for taking 2 mg. at night. Although I was previously informed that this NP would order the 2 mg valium, she refused. At this time, if you need help with anxiety, stay away from this place. I have never been addicted to anything. I have always disliked alcohol. I now must take whiskey and a handful of Melatonin to over come sleep deprivation and anxiety. I feel this is an attempt to dominate a man as this NP is a women. And there is no physician that I know of that supervises this NP. STAY AWAY. My greatest fear is becoming an alcoholic. Never gain will I ever trust any NP.

Do not go here if you expect real help. Dr. Braden will write in a report whatever Dekalb County tells her to. Do like I did: record your interview with her. Her lies will have less chance of becoming truth that way.

I don't usually write reviews however, When it relates to a "Counseling" Facility. A facitlity that suppose to be saving people lives and Helping people. I'm forced to. People die. Addiction ain't no joke. Being that I'm experienced with many different in patient and out patient facilities. I must say. This facility LACKS TRUST, COMPASSION AND KNOWLEDGE. 3 HUGE COMPONENTS IN THE PROCESS OF ADDICTON/RECOVERY Atleast in my opinion. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS "WOW!!!" Then Just when you thought you seen enough of the circus. You get shown more. They seem to not like when you leave their facility and go somewhere else. I believe that was proven too. I feel this Facitlity ain't nothing but a money thing. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!! ESPECIALLY FOR THE NEWCOMER!!! I get better treatment in a A.A. Meeting.

Total waste of time, paid money for nothing. Very inconsiderate woman, y’all have to make black counselors attend to black customers. Counselor Jayne Braden wasnt helpful at all and turned all my bf’s information around to make him look like a horrific alcoholic that every jack knows he’s not! Terrible counselor service but front desk attendant was stupendous! Maybe they need to switch roles.

I was an emotional wreck when I first went. I was nervous and probably not making a lot of sense. The staff seemed to understand and immediately put me at ease. By the time I left, life just didn’t seem so bad. Thank you Braden Center for being there.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly and professional when you walk through the door!! I had been dealing with some anxiety for some time.... I am so glad I went to Braden counseling my first visit there I felt a sense of being welcomed and actually listened to!! Needless to say when I walked out the door I felt a weight off my shoulders I haven't felt in sometime!! So thank you to your wonderful staff!! I would highly recommend Braden counseling to anyone who is looking for a great counselor to talk with and help with your mental health!!

The staff are incompetent, rude, disrespectful and will lie to you about the results of your evaluation. They will also lie to you when asking for information about what their treatment entails. They are only interested in money and have no regard for anything other then exploiting their clientele to fulfill their power fantasies. Do yourself a favor and go with any other option.

I just spent $1000 and six weeks here to be lied to by their staff and cheated out of my money. Now because I will only be in the states for 4 more months there is no way I can get my license. I made my situation very clear and they still took me and my money.
