It was ironic, I went there for help, but the reception was extremely rude to me, treated me with non respect. I could not even ask questions or sit at the couch, they asked me to leave if i do not make an appointment instantly. The reception make things worse and I do not feel confortable to stay there. IT IS NOT MENTAL CONSULTING, IT IS MENTAL DISCRIMINATION

Absolutely terrible experience and website. They don't give you any information at all if you have a hold because of them. Nobody to contact about the hold, you wouldn't know the hold existed by them because iterates to the "Dean of Students", nothing. They shouldn't even be allowed to do that just because someone has suicidal thoughts. If the man does't have the means to do it, they why the hell put an academic hold on him? That just makes thing even worse. Now I can register for my classes because of this pathetic excuse for a help center. I'll admit one thing, the man I had, Joey Rea, was fairly good at what he done. It's the ability to hold me down for class registration that frustrates me to a bleeding heart.
