She helped me identity past trauma, and definitely help me decrease the shame and guilt I was carrying on something I wasn’t aware about prior to going to therapy. She used humor at times which helped with heavy moments and normalized my experience. She is down to earth and knows her stuff. I appreciated the help I got and I’m thankful for it.
