Dr. Knutson was retained to mediate the custody of my son between my wife and myself. Throughout the duration of the process she was extremely unprofessional not only as a Doctor but also the way the business side of things were conducted. Dr. Knutson and her office have terrible communication skills and did not return phone calls, emails, etc... in a timely manner or ever. In addition, I was lied to several times during the mediation. We received a report at the end of the process where I was able to identify a substantial amount of examples of where her evaluation contradicted itself and instances where Dr. Knutson was dishonest. I was amazed during the component of the process where she did an in-home observation that she didn't take notes. I wondered how she could possibly put together an accurate, detailed and complete report without taking any notes during a process that took over three (3) hours- bottom line is she didn't. In addition to this review, I am working with regulators that are committed to helping me make certain that she does not have the ability to do this to another family.
