I would never return to this company. They have the worse billing and customer service I have ever experienced. They have misbilled my insurance, myself, and billed the wrong insurance. After I call and think they have it fixed and assure me it is months down the road another bill arrives for the same thing. My advise don't go here it's not worth the frustration.

I am still trying to dispute an $850 charge from this place. I was a patient several years ago until the doctor I was seeing abruptly left. My account was paid in full after my last appointment. Fast forward a couple monts later and i received a charge of $250 for something called medication management. Apparently the paper they write prescriptions on is very expensive! That $250 somehow turned into a total of $850. All this on an account that was paid in full when services were terminated. I never received an itemized bill listing what the additional $600 was for. I refused to pay this bill as I am sure anyone would when charges seem to be made up. As for the care, don't expect anything beyond getting placed on medications after a 10 to 15 minute conversation. After the first initial visit, expect to spend even less time with your doctor. This place is whats wrong with the state of mental health care in the United States.
