I like the small office and the friendly receptionist. Bybee is a very friendly, very capable counselor. My experience has been nothing by positive.

The counselors here are some of the best I've ever had, however the secretary is absolutely terrible. It took me 3 weeks of calling, texting, and emailing before walking in to scheduled a second appointment with my counselor (secretary wasn't available to schedule it when I was leaving the first appointment). There forward, she wouldn't acknowledge me, cold-shouldered my questions and small talk, if I was enjoying the music in the lobby, she'd turn it off, I could go on. 5 stars for service, 1 star for secretary, 3 star average.
