I was privileged to have a personal yoga session with Amie a few weeks ago. It was one if the most energizing and emotional release experiences I have ever had. She knew just how to guide me and not allow me to over or undo my poses. She was very aware of a back issue I have and made sure I was safe in my poses so as not to aggrivate it. Her positive energy was a true blessing. She is gentle and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Amie as a yoga instructor and balancing mentor.

Integrated Counseling & Wellness has done so much for me. The atmosphere is very inviting and professional. The staff is friendly and helpful. They greet me when I come in and wish me a good day when I leave. I once had a work emergency 10 minutes before my appointment and needed to cancel. The staff worked so easily with me and was so forgiving of my circumstance. In addition, the staff is very punctual. My provider always starts our appointments on time. She is sensitive to my needs and patient with my progress. She has helped me in ways I didn't know I needed. She is encouraging and motivating. I look forward to each appointment and know that I will be treated with the utmost care, respect, and professionalism. I highly recommend this facility to others.

Ive gone to many Counselor places, but this seems to be the one. Excellent Service! By both the therapists and the staff! Very friendly and professional! The atmosphere is great as well! They don't take Medicaid sadly, but they have multiple kinds of professionals and services to fit your need! They also have an excellent website. They are good at communicating to you and each other, so that nothing goes wrong.

I was suffering from work stress, anxiety, and lack of energy and had heard that Luke might be able to provide some herbs that could help. Honestly, I never really "believed" in herbal supplements but I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised with the results of using the herbs. I certainly had more energy when I needed it and although it didn't get rid of my anxiety, but I felt less stressed and it seemed to curve my circular thinking which helped quite a bit!
