Thank you Family Counseling for giving me back my life. I came here for some family help. The owner took the time with me to evaluate my situation and guided me to a wonderful counselor who was very patient and knowledgeable for our concerns. After a few sessions we came up with a very fitting game plan and got an adequate program mapped out. I can't say enough good things about this business as they treat their clients like family and are highly educated to help you with what concerns you. I am a professional and will highly recommend this center to my colleagues as we can always use guidance every now and then Appointments were always on time with no waiting and everyone is very friendly. Insurance billing was accurate and they went out of their way to explain the processes as we moved forward. Thank you so much for all your help, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Andrea has been my sons counselor for 8 months and goodness knows she has had her work cut out, but she never gave up. My son is doing so much better and reaching goals that we all knew he could. I couldn't be happier in finding this place and Andrea.

I am sad and I really did like these guys but when my son came home today my son's demonstrated what the HI did to him in front of her and she explained and admitted of doing it but didn't mean to. I said I understand people make mistakes I just prefer you not to touch him you know what happened to him at his school. well as she goes back to the boss she makes up a whole different story to the boss. Sad thing is the boss believes her story when I tell her she never told me this why didn't she tell me this I'm extremely very detailed person it doesn't make no sense if you're not going to tell me what happened with my son when I asked and she was explaining everything. supposably my son bit her and I asked was there a mark the boss and her stated there is no mark well I know for a fact my son doesn't bite and if he did he would have left a mark. I really did like the HI she was really nice and very helpful she seemed like she understood my son but I guess I was wrong. I don't appreciate them fibbing and not admitting to their mistakes. I'm so sick and tired of people fibbing. Why is it so dang hard now and days for people to act like adults and admit their mistakes. I believe my son story because he's been abused by his school and I caught them. My son told me she was talking to an another adult while he was in the play area by himself that is not okay your not getting paid to talk with your friends you are getting paid to work with my son ensure he is safe. I hope you guys do know that she is committing labor fraud when she's doing that. And her having me sign blank pieces of paper is a giant red flag. I will be talking to the Health and Welfare about this incident I'm sick and tired of people taking advantage of the disabled. Update: I just recently got back from the ER hospital she has resprained my son's wrist my son told me she dragged him all the way out into her car because the manager was yelling at her. Shame on you for protecting her and not my child I will be filing a police report I already called CPS. Well my son has a migraine now just found out she forcefully hit my son in the back of the head hard to get him in the car.

I saw two different counselors at this location: Rhyan Garcia, and Brian Smith, as well as two CBRS workers Christina Clark and Alett Burlison. Rhyan: She was my primary counselor, I always felt comfortable in her office. She has a slower "get to know you and make you feel safe first" approach. When I was angry she had me draw a picture and get everything out. As well as not bringing my dad into the office because it would greatly upset me. Brian: Rhyan went on maternity leave, so while she was gone I saw Brian. At first he's a little scary because he has a "no nonsense" attitude, but he's fairly easy to get comfortable with. He points things out kinda like Sherlock Holmes and thats how I got comfortable. Christina: My first CBRS worker, the program was originally called PSR but they changed it. She usually brought her dog along and we would go to the dog park. We would usually hang out outside, which made me uncomfortable and I dropped her. Alett: Alett was a lot like Christina. She preferred going outside and would not take "no" for an answer. When I did say no she took it personal and gave me a long lecture. Overall: Their CBRS is garbage, but their counseling is great. I felt comfortable with the counselors I saw. I recommend taking yourself or your child there. They have a playroom to open up well with the young ones, which I heard works wonders.
