I need to volunteer 4 hours to settle a legal matter and catholic charities volunteer coordinator had nothing for me to do. She said come back in summer, they were too busy because they were moving. I guess they didn't want any help moving? If they don't want help even moving, then they clearly don't like volunteers in general. I'm at a loss.

Catholic counseling at it's BEST! Thank you God for the blessing of these counselors to help guide us and even sometimes help ourselfves dig our way out of an unhappy whole. God love the people that work for Catholic Charities of Idaho

Even private Attorneys Offices offer free 1st. consultation, this “charity group” besides of a charge of $45 for answering questions in the consultation that should be for free btw, they want to charge you $500 for basic filling out a form for the USCIS, which was my case, that basically is similar of a fee that you pay at an attorney or paralegal office for a simple form you need so, I thought that for being a charity organization, it was going to be less. I do not recommend this place. It’s a rip off since you have next door, the awesome (The International Rescue Committee of Boise) that do the same for 3rd time less of the charge that you get in this “charity” place and also the consultation is free like to suppose to be. I just think this will help people that really can not afford to pay a lot of money in basic process re. Inmigration status among others and somehow make this organization really think in a human level and not in a financial money maker level like non profit organization suppose to work. They can say whatever they want but, the reality is that for a basic process that obviously they know is not going to need any attorney anything else bcs the emails from USCIS you get it in ur mails, so they don’t have to deal with anything after sending your package, it’s way to high the fee they charge is is a charity non profit organization, they should just change or either the name of the clinic or just change the cathegory for a profit organization. Too high for a too-easy simple thing such us filling out forms to remove conditions in residency, at least for that process, too pricy. Do not pay it. Go to a different real non profit organization.

I had an appointment for a consultation but they made me wait almost 20 minutes past that time. It was helpful advice, I had to pay for the visit. Convenient service.

Very good counseling service, ask for Matthew he is the head counselor and is very busy and has a very capable staff.
