I have probably called around 10 times over the past 4 weeks trying to make an appointment. No one who answers the phone can make an appointment for you, you have to wait for a call back from the appointment setter. Well guess what, I have yet to receive one call from anyone. I have even notated several times that I needed medication and it was an emergency. Still no call. The people who answer the phone are just as unhelpful, saying they are just receptionists and there is no way they can set up an appointment. Only the appointment setter can. Truly awful. Save your time and do not try to make an appointment here as they will just string you along for weeks saying someone will call you back.

Anyone wanting to pass the NMLS test should definitely take the instructor Artricia's pre-licensing course. I took her online cram course and purchased her study materials. I still passed the test with a high score using her 10 hour cram course and I cannot imagine how high my score would have been with her full 20 hour pre-licensing course. The exam was not easy and they will not test you on vocabs only. You need to understand the contents deeply and the instructor will walk you through everything thoroughly. Her study materials are must have!!!

Took my child here a total of two times. I am a single mother who is disabled. I can not work and am on a fixed income. That means, I have NO EXTRA income. This place REFUSED to provide me with my child's medical records so that he can provide the necessary support needed for his education and benefits. They required that I pay them $25 plus an additional fee for every page of his medical record even though his medical record should be very small since he only had 2 visits. First, I think it's ridiculous to charge anyone a fee for their own records. I can understand a small charge for the paper they use to print it on, but I think it is even worse when you charge a disabled person who is on a fixed income. This leads me to believe that this place is more about the money and less about helping people. Most REASONABLE practices would have some type of compassion for a situation like this that involves a unique financial hardship. Then again, there are greedy people in the world. Hopefully, their withholding my child's records for $25, will return them some karma that matches their heartless actions.
