The very worst counseling I have come across. I Had three sessions at this place and was seeing Dr. Boulton. During each appointment the counselor sounded uneducated, unprofessional and Was being shameful. She twisted words around to things I said and I called her out on adding to a situation where she falsely drew her own conclusions about something going on in my life. I felt uncomfortable and let her know I would no longer be going back due to her behavior and how uncomfortable she made me feel. Now as expected she Continued to act like she was throwing shade at me and people reading this need to be aware of this type of behavior. I do not recommend this place to anyone No one should ever be treated this way or left to feel this way mental illness is real and when a person that has struggled with this almost all their life comes in for help they should in no way be mocked and shamed. Things Dr. Boulton said...oh your fine nothings wrong with you... It’s completely normal even I go though that... It’s probably not like you say you are just over reacting... This lady was being very cold in her response to things I said I have been through so much trauma and need help getting on track mentally and those were some of her responses but she sounded so cold and almost as if I was being a bit over the edge.

TL:DR - Unprofessional, Can't reach anyone in a reasonable time frame. No windows. Uncomfortable plastic chairs / setting. This place doesn't seem good to me. First, you can't get a hold of anyone in a reasonable time frame. As a new client, it took a week to get a appointment scheduled. You can't reach anyone on the first day you call. You have to wait till they call you back which can take up to 48 hours. If you miss their call, you have to wait another 48 hours. Second, they moved to a new location which doesn't have any windows. Third, they have uncomfortable, school plastic chairs both in the waiting room and surprisingly in the counselors room. Perhaps this is because they are "child proofing" their building, but how is some one supposed to relax in a plastic chair? Lastly, I called to schedule a 2nd appointment b/c my insurance is limited, so was willing to give their psychologist another try.. Took over 72 hours to finally get a call back from front desk. She said she would have to call me back as the therapist wasn't in., but I never received a call back. I called the psychologist as well and left a message, but never received a call back. Totally unprofessional, but I was already hesitant about going back, so I got my final answer about this place.

I’ve been going there for probably almost two months weekly. Dr. Francine Odio diagnosed me with ahdh, which is a diagnosis i agree with. She told me i needed to go to a doctor to be prescribed medication. I made the appt and was told I’d need a letter from her saying i had been seeing her and she recommended i try medication. I asked the office for this letter TWO WEEKS AGO and was told it would be no problem. Fast forward to today, still haven’t heard anything from them or gotten a letter, my appt is tomorrow. I called the office and Dr. Odio says she is not able to get me a letter by tomorrow.. so now not only will i be charged a fee for having to cancel my appt tomorrow, but i now won’t be able to be seen for like another month. A simple letter that would take her two seconds to type up and email to me she “couldn’t do” in two weeks. I’m so upset that i canceled all further appointments and don’t even want to go back to them. I have a problem that I’m proactively trying to get help for, and now I’m back to square one. Don’t waste your money, it’s clearly all this office cares about. ☹️

I was there with my 13yr old son there yesterday and was seen by Francine Odio, I gotta say this was the worst appointment I put my son.She was Condescending towards my son saying how he would not be able to get or keep a job. She doubted his intelligence even though she doesn't have paperwork on him to even question that. Most of the time she wasn't even talking to him and if he wasn't even there but had no problem talking poorly about him..I will never come back here and it's really sad to see no empathy from a professional that says specialists in the human brain.

Literally 0 help. We saw the female psyD. She we cold and condescending. I went with out my child because I want to go get a feel for the place before they evaluated my son. I am so glad I did. She asked me the problem. I started explaining and she stopped and immediately says my son has autism. She did not let me finish or explain that he recently had a neurosychogical eval and had been in OT and autism has repeatedly been ruled out. We schedule the appt because I was told they do PCIT. She told me at this point, they do not. So it was a waste of time, she was cold and condescending, and basically told me to read a book.
