My son, who is 21 did not show up for his first appointment as anxiety got the better of him. He was embarrassed to call the office and reluctant to tell me. When I found out, I tried to call the office and make a new appointment or pay a fee for the no show. However, they have a strict policy about not taking any patients who were a no show the first appointment. As a practice that specializes in anxiety, I find it ironic and troubling that the very issue my son needs help with...taking control of his life, following through with new things, learning how to work through anxiety...is the very reason the doctor is not taking him on as a patient. I would think that is the very reason he should be accepted as a patient. What a great jumping off point it would have been.

Dr Greenberg is awesome. She helped my daughter immensely with high school stress. She only needed a few sessions. Dr Greenberg gave her strategies to cope with the work load and with typical high school issues. I only gave 4 stars because her staff at the front desk are disorganized, do not give you their full attention when checking you in and out, they are too busy chit chatting. Also the staff have music blasting in the waiting room. Great doctor if you can put up with the front desk.
