Horrible! Although we ALL know you are ONLY a slot, you shouldnt feel that way unfortunately they make sure you do! If they can't contact you to hear you say you are KEEPING your appointment they will cancel it and give your slot away. First time ever have I heard you have to give 24 hour notice to KEEP your appointment. Sad thing is once I checked my voicemail they were already closed and had no way of contacting them until they day of the appointment just to find out they had cancelled my appointment I've waited a month to get. FIND someone else!!!

First day, I called ahead to explain I may be running a few minutes behind..but the provider was also .. so I got there in time for this consult/initial appointment. I got to speak with them for quite some time, they engaged in conversation and offered a solution. I was advised their assistant will recontact me to follow up. The initial consultation was great. This provider left me with a good first impression. So far so good. With 33years of experience in this field, I am optimistic considering all the above.
