The office personal do not seem organized and are not very helpful. When asked questions, they were short and rude in their responses. They keep their sliding window at the desk closed and it looks like they can’t be bothered with anything. I was told they weren’t excepting Cigna when i already was told otherwise and the lady retracted with the same question she asked a few minutes ago “is she a new patient”. I said no for the second time. It’s as though she just wanted to brush me off so she can focus on more important things. Her facial expressions and tone said it all too. I told her i had been there a few months ago and she kept saying we’re not excepting new patients and i had to tell her twice she wasn’t new. She explained well if it’s been a while then she’d be considered new. I said well if it’s been a few months is that considered new which i thought was strange. She didn’t answer that question and proceeded to disregard that question and went ahead to finally ask for the name to verify and when she did, she’s like yeah it’s been since December she hasn’t been here which doesn’t explain anything to me other than she’s not new and her insurance has been accepted before to finally tell me well the counseled doesn’t have anything till April. It was like going around in circles begging for solutions. The reason for this review is to disclose what to expect when going to that office. My thing is if I’m going to a mental health facility seeking help, how much help can this office offer. The counselor that we spoke with the first time was good but if it means going through these constant hoops with the front office every time, not sure how much help i will receive. And it was the same experience the first time i visited the office. So i think it’s safe to say there’s a pattern there that’s less than pleasurable to seek counseling from. Hope this helps somebody.
