Counselors are great so no complaints there. The front end receptionist is the worst! No one is ever there and when there are they're clueless. I've been called and made to cancel my appointment because the front end scheduled someone during my scheduled appointment. My insurance information has been lost at least 4 times now and who ever is up front claims I never got it. I'm still not even sure if they EVER contacted my insurance company. Havent gotten anything from them telling me a claim was filed. I recently received a call saying I had no insurance again and minutes later i did have insurance i just owe a ridiculous amount of money. Fortunate enough for me that I have all my receipt, down side is when will someone pick up the phone or be working the front desk

Most unfortunate that the front office dictates the temperament and tone of this place of care. After repeated calls, texts and contact with the staff, we have yet to procure a resolution. The one who suffers is the one in need of assistance - very disappointed and most concerned. EDIT: Owner was made aware by several associates on staff and front end assistance. This challenge reached its peak in December 2018 to whit we were advised contact would be made by you; till now...nothing. I would shudder to think you ignored / or were not advised by your counselor of the matter. Either one is disconcerning. I shall reach out when my time is available; thank you.

I've been trying to make an appointment here with Ms. Lisa Porter for over a week now. Technology has truly taken the professionalism out of the office setting. I have been emailing their receptionist Johanna for over a week attempting to get an appointment, I still haven't received an appointment. They don't even have anyone to answer the phone when you call, you have to leave a message and wait for someone to call back. They need a new receptionist. I'm going to receive counseling at a different counseling location, with a different company. They made a very bad first impression and its not an atmosphere where I feel safe or comfortable speaking to a counselor here because of the way their receptionist has treated me thus far. I even left my house number through email for her to call me back so I could schedule an appointment, and she never called. She then scheduled me for an appointment through email, then she emailed me back and gave my appointment time to someone else.
