The counselors themselves are great. The management and front end people are completely unorganized and lack communication. A place that's supposed to help people shouldn't continually cause more stress. They also charged fees that they don't tell you about that later pop up in your bills. The psychiatrist is communicated with over a Skype type program (that they charge a $25 telecommunication fee for after your copay all for 10 minutes and a new prescription). Which if isn't awkward enough, she's is completely closed off and monotone.
