My daughter has been seeing a therapist in this office for about 5yrs now. When her therapist had to go on Maternity leave, she set my daughter up with another child therapist who specializes in another type of therapy so there wouldn't be any issues for her patient while she was on leave. And when my daughter was having some issues after starting school for the first time, both therapists worked with a doctor (Dr. Clarkson)and her Kindergarten teachers (&support staff) to make sure she was properly diagnosed and treated. It was an amazing team effort on both the parts of Broudy (&Assoc) and the elementary school staff. Couldn't ask for better care for my child.

If I can give a negative star I would. This is by far the rudest place I’ve ever been. Yesterday was my 5 and last appointment, my meds were stolen and when I called the office for help I was met with nothing but rudest from the front desk. When I came in for appointments I’ve told my doctor how I’ve been going thru panic attacks and I need something added to my meds that I have so told me I need to go do therapy session (I was doing medication management) I explain how I want to do therapy but they are always running behind on every appointment that I don't have the time to invest in therapy at the time The nurse practitioner dr Ngozi kept trying to put her belief down my throat on how she don’t feel like she should give me anything and on top of that she told me I would turn into a pill junkie in front of my daughter. She was rude I reached out to dr Norman broady and was met the same way he returned my call but cut me off and kept letting me know that he was doing me a favor by calling me back the phone call didn’t even last more the 5 mins. For a place that it took me so long to understand that I needed to go and get help they turned me completely off again. Cuz no one should ask for help and get judge for it. Just cuz you study they mind don’t mean you feel what we feel. I honestly hope this stops how they treat people cuz they should be Ashamed like I get that your location is in Wilmington but do better and treat people better. Your in the field of mental health but you act like that and I will be taking the next step talking to a lawyer right now. If no one else wants to fight for the little people I will. I hope your business does nothing but grow from this

Not your typical Dr. Office. This place never answers the phone. Be prepared to play phone tag. For a place that people contact for help, there sure is a bunch a rig-a-ma-roll to get assistance. Have also left messages in the past that go unanswered as well. I suppose Ill have to conduct all business face to face there.

Recently change to this office location because its closer to my house and really regret it. when you call the office the phones are never answered if you leave a voice msg days pass by and you never get a respond back from anyone, If your prescription needs a prior authorization your obligated to leave your name and medication name in the pre authorization line and wait for them when they feel like it to pre authorize it for my daughter's medication it took 2 weeks!! just for the office to call my insurance, every time i called my insurance or pharmacy to ask if my Doctor has even called them to Authorize the medication they would say not yet. And you ask something to the receptionists and they never know anything! they would just look at you in a confusing way and say they don't know! or at times I would have to wait for them to stop making jokes and laughing on the phone for them to attend you. Would not recommend this office to anyone!

I had Dr. Broudy and every time I had an appointment he was guaranteed to be late by at least 40 mins each time. Also, he never remembered anything I ever said to him even though he had his computer and was taking notes. When I cancelled my last appointment with a 2 week notice, they still tried to charge me a $70 fee for missing an appointment (even though I no longer had one) because the staff doesn’t communicate with each other.

Had my first appointment with Rosaria today. From Donna and Steph at scheduling and Rachael at front desk and all of them I could see they had passion for the job and got along. So excited to begin my journey and just wanted to write a compliment as too many people are quick to write negative ones and had amazing first experience and can’t wait to come back! So The first time that I went there and Meant My nurse practitioner named NGOZI CHIEKWU was Great. She helped me with no hesitation and I thought she was very nice. And I felt relieved because I thought I finally found the right nurse practitioner that was going to help Me. The second time I went was also good but then three days later I lost One of my medications. And it’s a medication that I’be Î been on for sometime. So I called Brody and associates and also my nurse Practitioner. To let them know what happened And to see if my nurse practitioner could help me. So her secretary Calls me and asked me if I could come in and have an appointment with my nurse practitioner. Well it didn’t go well at all. I get in there and she basically tells me that she could no longer give me my medication. So I asked her if she could at least give me a months supply until I find another Psychiatrist or nurse practitioner. And she told me No & That I don’t need it. Which I know from experience that they are supposed to give you a months supply until you find another psychiatrist. You’re not supposed to give your patient medication that they been taken for a while and they need it and then just let them walk out with nothing. She was very rude and unprofessional today. And she upset me when she told me that I didn’t need that medication. She had no right to say that because she is not me. She doesn’t know how bad I suffer from anxiety. So I seen A different non-caring, rude, side of her today. And also she could’ve called me and told me all that instead of having Me Go all the way there for nothing basically. So I had a very upsetting, bad experience there today.

I see Dr. Lisa Toy, it has been nothing but a good experience. Finally I was diagnosed properly and put on the correct medications which changed my life forever. I am very grateful to Lisa , she is professional and caring and never will rush your visit. I am always seen promptly at the time of my visit and I've never had a problem with the front staff meeting my needs or answering my calls..Thank You Norman Broudy and Associates, Thank You Lisa..

Broudy and Associates in Wilmington, Delaware and Ms. Christine Caputo (one of Broudy's therapists) is probably the most inflexible doctors office. If you miss an appointment they will charge you a $70 missed appt fee, even if you are a good client and have not missed any appointments previously. I have never paid a late fee to any doctors office in my life, and have only missed one appointment to a family doctor. Ms. Caputo of Broudy obviously does not have a family or children, or she'd understand how busy parents are and scheduling mistakes happen. Further, after having another evaluation by another office, we learned that the diagnosis of ADHD for my daughter was inaccurate. Ms. Caputo made her ADHD diagnosis after a 45 minute observation session. After paying nearly $1000 for a more thorough evaluation, we learned the diagnosis was much more complicated. Sorry we had paid for about 6 other sessions.
