I have not seen Dave Davenport but just by calling and listening to his answering machine, sighing as if he's too busy or doesn't care definitely made me hang up and decide not to make an appointment.

Urszula Kobylinska has been an excellent therapist. I have been seeing her for many years now and cannot speak highly enough about her. I say this having been through several therapists in my lifetime and with the understanding that you need to get the right fit when it comes to these things. She is highly intelligent, very professional, and constantly learning and sharing as is evident in our sessions. Whether she is a fit for you, I cannot say, but you won't find a more dedicated and sincere professional. As for the negative comment left by a new patient: 1) While he is right that there is no parking lot, there is ample parking along the street and across the street. It's a 30 second walk to the office door. 2) Signs saying parking is probited on the curve, immediately in front of the office, are clear and have been for at least several decades. Inattentiveness on the part of the patient should not be used for a bad review. 3) In all of my years, I have yet to have an appointment time messed up. Further, appointment jumpers aren't "hanging out" in the hallway, waiting for a patient to cancel, and then jump right in. This makes no sense. No way she called in another patient at the instant the appointment was missed; and no way anyone is getting in there in under five minutes - unless they just happen to live next door

First of all is there absolutely no parking available at the “office”. For my first visit I parked in front of the building behind what I assumed was another patients car, only to find a parking ticket waiting for me when I finished with my session. However, that wasn’t the worst part of the experience. Upon returning for my second session with Ursula Kobylinska (and after parking my car at the church across the road) I arrived at the office waiting room less than 5 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to start (3:00 PM) and what did I discover when I arrived? Another patient was already in the office speaking with Ms. Kobylinska. I waited for over an hour in order to try and understand where the misunderstanding had occurred (and also to settle my account as I decided I would no longer be pursuing treatment here) only to be told by Ms. Kobylinska that she had apparently “waited for 10 minutes” (this was not the case, I was present and waiting well before the 10 minute mark) before accepting A DIFFERENT PATIENT who I was told was her 4:00 appointment. After she tried to charge me for the “missed appointment” it became clear that she 1) didn’t respect me as a client, or my time for that matter and that 2) she had clearly made a scheduling error which she seemed unwilling to admit to. Needless to say I will not be doing business here again.
