I have had a wonderful experience at Cornerstone Therapy and Wellness. In particular, I recommend Dr. Christine Kennedy. Christine is an outstanding therapist. I have worked with other therapists in the past but Christine truly stands out for her incredible intelligence, patience, and exceptional listening skills. I often feel that she is five steps ahead of me in a session and listens to me better than I listen to myself. I am grateful that she recognized I would benefit from EMDR treatment. This treatment has truly been life-changing for me. She was a kind and helpful guide throughout the whole process, making herself available to me if I needed to reach out between sessions. Christine has been a tremendous help to me and I highly recommend her as a therapist for anyone, and especially those who suffer from any kind of trauma.
