Waited an hour for my appointment with no receptionist. No one knew I made one and told me to wait. Apparently the therapists all book things separately and there are no receptionist.

I have given this so much thought and did not want to stretch the truth. But I have to say. This is the first goggle review i have ever posted, not only with Google but all over social media and beyond, but feel as a Good Father, it is the right thing to do, to protect other parents from this type of UN-Professional, non- partisan behavior, coming from a organization who strives in protecting children from being abused by their pears. If I could write this review with no stars I would. Here is a summary of my story... It was court ordered after my son was abused by his mother who suffers from Alcohol and substance abuse, that all three of us, find a therapy counselor that would work with all three of us as a family, again, knowing this would not work. I followed the advice of my lawyer and courts.. I gave my sons mother a list that would except my insurance because the counselors i found mom did not like. The counselor she picked shared the same building with her lawyer. I was not comfortable with this, but decided this counselor Ms. Brady would be fine, what i would not expect was to be discriminated against. Especially when it come to a young child's safety. I have been a school bus driver for 15 years now, and have grown up with a autistic sibling. So understanding children is what i do. I will not stop at this review because i feel Ms. Brady should not be working with families with desperate needs. A true professional does not act like this. I am appalled and very disappointed in this counselors ability's and UN professionalism at Behavior health I find it disgusting and degrading as i have two other counselors and doctors from Numerous Hospital, who have been great with my son and provided the best in care. He has his other psychologist who has been seeing our son for the past (6)six years. There were quite a few meetings set up with Ms,. Brady, a couple i could not attend, and a couple my ex could not attend. But what i did not know were all the secret meetings scheduled with out my knowledge between my ex and my son. That mom, under Ms Brady's advice would try and use against me at a later date in the court of law, and sworn testimony under oath. At the end of the day mom was found guilty after the judge spoke with my almost 11 year old, and was ordered to take Domestic violent classes. followed up with a substance abuse class and anger management. I found out the other day that according to mother. Ms. Brady is still very involved in helping my ex when her job was to work with us three, as a whole, now that Ms Brady is named all over the court documents that were filed last week in favor of mom who by the way is an alcoholic child abuser, and now has Ms. Brady very clearly evolved. Please if you are looking for professionalism please stay VERY clear of Ms. Jean Brady and Behavior Health. I see that my post has gone viral and seen by many not just on here but all over other social media outlets. I want to bring all my readers up to date. Last May 2018 i was granted sol custody, and mom is still drinking but has no envolvment in her sons life including refusing to pay child support, which i did waive last year instead of appealing. My son is doing much better now even working on honorroll at school. Shame on Jean Brady at behavioral health, for not opening her eyes and following her gut.

DO NOT see Jenai Marshall. She is completely inept at her simple therapist job. She lies and takes sides of custody issues. She purposely sets you up. She does not follow the Judge's rules on providing both parents therapy notes. She had prior knowledge of the situation where the client played cruel jokes and initiated same with no regard to the visiting parent. She has no clue what her role is. She purposely puts you in trauma and then calls it instability. She in no way deserves a license to practice. She has no knowledge of children. She cannot recognize lies when told to her face. She saves your voicemails and then uses it against you without having any prior knowledge she was doing so. Save yourself from the incompetence, drama and lies from this so called therapist . Very very poor. She is being reported to every agency she is affiliated with.

I really love my therapist, she's great. I go to Kim Wayman, and she has helped me a lot. That being said, getting in contact with the office is awful. I called and left a message as a new client and I left messages at many offices. I only recieved a call back from them, no one else even called back. It's took two weeks to even get that call. Now I go regularly, and they do not call back but every so often unless you are a current client... And even then it can take up to a week to get an appointment, and there have been times I've had to drive there in person to talk to anyone at all. Their billing person seems nice, but very confused. I asked her when my insurance changed if that meant my co-pay each time would change. She told me no, it's be the same, so I came in for another session. Then it went up, tripled actually. I finally asked why I was told that it would be the same, and she told me she wouldn't know, I'd have to call my insurance.... Then she got angry. I'm the one going there for therapy, and she's angry. Like I said, my therapist is great, but as for the office, I'm not sure how they're even running.

I've been seeing Dr. Bisio for about a year now. I'm in college right now for a field under mental health services and I can say that this man is very knowledgeable about the brain and different styles of counseling. His services have made a tremendously positive impact on my life. I've never felt like he was watching the clock, and there have been cases where he gave me a little bit of extra time to finish my thoughts or to bring myself back to a calmer place. There are also times where he is running a few minute behind but I'm okay with that because he is doing it to provide the best care possible to each client. I would never want to be pushed out of his office before I'm settled. He is highly professional, sympathetic, and aware. This office has even been kind enough to give a professional referral to me for a friend that was experiencing a very specific issue. I noticed that several people commented on how difficult it is to get ahold of this office. I will admit that it is not as simple as contacting your dentist or family doctor; however, often that is the nature of mental health practices. When I was doing my original search two years ago most of the offices I contacted had a week long wait time for a response. Allied was one of the quicker offices to get back to me. Since then, I have contacted their office and left messages for Dr. Bisio; he always gets back to me within twenty-four hours and I feel that is acceptable. To address insurance concerns, various insurance companies I've been covered by and several mental health offices have informed me it is my responsibility to be aware of how my insurance policy effects deductibles, co-pays, etc. There are simply too many types of policies and changes that can occur for the office to be responsible for being aware of my particular policy. I know we are coming here for help, but we are also empowered to take control of our financial lives.
