Just got off the phone with them. Was referred by a Dr's office and whoever answered the phone was so rude. I explained that I was referred and why and she asked what I wanted to do? I had to ask if I was calling the right place for my son and what the company I was calling was for. She said counceling and asked what I want! I said never mind and said thanked her sarcastically for her customer service!
