I have been to multiple massage Envy's in CT and NJ, the Hamden CT massage envy is hands down the best one from start to finish. Extremely friendly staff at the front desk, they are all incredibly upbeat and professional. If you need a great deep tissues massage, go see Kayla or Sue. Amazing, best massage ever!

The facials and massages are average, to say the least. But what upsets me more, is their horrible customer service, they are just so unaccommodating, time and time again. They convince you to sign up, and then never have available appointments, keep billing you, and don't let you cancel membership unless you keep paying. Very dissapointed, and will not be using any of their services ever again.

The facial was amazing. The Esthetician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The massage was probably the worst massage I ever had. The massage therapist was very friendly, but I would not get another massage from here.

My massage therapist has been extremely helpful when it comes to relieving my back pain. All of the staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the prices are reasonable!
