I made an appointment over the week for Sunday 12/8 at noon. I arrived 15 min early as asked to sign paperwork. I walked in and spoke to a very confused looking receptionist who couldn't find my appointment. She took my last name and informed me that my appointment had been scheduled for 1:30. I let her know this was incorrect, and I knew it was made for noon and that I had been told to arrive at 11:45. She then called her manager, and asked if when my appointment had been rescheduled (she never told me this was the case, she said it had originally been scheduled for 1:30, not rescheduled for that time), had contact been made with me to let me know. Her manager told her they had called me twice the day before and left me two voicemails to tell me. I had not received ANY calls or voicemails from them, so either the manager was lying, or had called the wrong number in error. Then I was told I would be charged for the appointment because it was day of and I couldn't make the 1:30 appointment, as I have a child and he was currently being babysat while I came to have my massage. I stated that, no, I will NOT be paying for it because this was not my fault, and they did not call me to change anything, which I could prove. They told me it didn't matter, that was policy and they had to charge me. So again, I told them that I will not pay for their mistake. They said the only way to avoid being charged was to reschedule, which is what I did, even though this place is now the last place I would trust, especially when it comes to physically touching me. I plan to return tomorrow and speak to the manager that supposedly called me with proof that no such calls were ever made to me. I hope I will not have to pursue this further, but will if I must. Beware of this Massage Envy location. They appear to be nothing more than scam artists who schedule appointments, then reschedule or cancel them on people, then still charge the customers even though it was the fault of the business.

Scheduled a couples massage with my wife, I was taken care of by Alicia and my wife was taken care of by Holly. Seriously had a great time. Very comfortable enviroment, affordable prices and GREAT massages, We will both be returning soon. I would highly recommend this facility. We both have never felt better.

I love massage envy! I recently moved to the Farmington valley area from Portland Oregon where I belonged to a different monthly massage program. I wanted to continue to get monthly massages and they were so helpful! I am saving more money and getting more perks with massage envy! Their hours are great since night time is most continent for me. Taylor at the front desk was so helpful and personable during my first trip. She made everything so easy and relaxed. I am looking forward to getting my monthly massages here!

They almost always have an appointment for me which is really leaving this when you needed I massage you need a massage. There have been times I've been turned away but that was because I called the day of. My recommendation is call ahead of time several days beforehand. The cranial sacral is fantastic! I highly recommend it especially if you have a TMJ disorder. I have heard their new stretch program was great I haven't tried it personally and I've also heard that their chemical peels and facials are great too. There's a little bit of everything for everyone. The one negative I do have to point out is that they try to get you into a membership. I would prefer a six month membership and not a year membership but they don't offer that option. They charge you a little more if you don't have a membership and it is cheaper with it but you can go either way just be advised that if you don't have a membership there going to harass you every time about getting one.

The therapists at this location are knowledgeable about different techniques that are both relaxing and therapeutic in relieving tension and stress. The front desk staff are always welcoming and offer a warm neck wrap when waiting for your appointment to begin. They also follow up when you leave to make sure everything was to your satisfaction. I became a member of this location after my first visit. Worth every penny!

This is the best Massage Envy in the state! The front desk does a great job matching your needs to a therapist who will meet them, and I’ve had massages from many of the girls there and they always do a great job! Amy R, Amy-Sue, Holly, Kate, and Amber are a couple of my favorites for deep tissue, and my hubby loves Denise for great cranio-sacral work! Janelle the manager cares so much about the customers and always make you feel welcome! Love this place!

I have been going to this location for almost 2 years. In the beginning, I went through 3 therapists before I found Amy. However, Amy left and I was scheduled with another therapist. This last time I opted to get an enhancement Hot Stone Massage for 90 minutes. The experience was nothing like my first hot stone massage I had on a cruise a few months ago. I think I will stick to the basic massage at a chain like ME and splurge at a luxury spa for any specialty massages. The next day, I woke up to this sharp pain on my sternum where a stone was placed. I was covered in oil, my feet were so oiled up that they were slipping out of the flip flops. I had to attend a birthday party right after and it was rather embarrassing needing the explain why it looked like I bathed in crisco. I had to cut the party short and go home to shower. I was annoyed I wasn't given a receipt on the cost, so I have no idea if my free monthly massage was credited or what the cost of the enhancement was. I will go back to try another therapist for a basic massage. I have a free facial credit, but i probably won't use it.

I must say I have never been to such an outstanding spa before, the front desk was very friendly and very enthused. I felt right at home as soon as I walked in the door. My therapist was Camie and she was more than knowledgeable in this field and I received the best massage I've honestly ever gotten. They must have great management at this spa because I honestly cant say a bad thing about my visit, I signed up for the wellness program on my first visit over 3 months ago and I haven't stopped coming since!

Message therapist are very good but the management and there front desk personal has poor customer service. I have called for the last three months to resolve a simple issue and they can't fix the problem. I have ask to speak to a manager and every time no matter what time of the day they are not there. I leave a message or email and still no response. All they want is your money. Don't become a member because they will ignore you to the fullest.

Aimee Sue and the staff of massage therapists are the best that Massage Envy has to offer, in my opinion. However, if you become a member, be sure to keep track of all of your information. Despite the front desk stating they will take care of things, if they make a mistake, you will have to accept that - pay for no service.
