Balkunas is known for insurance fraud, falsifying medical records, torture, and perjury. Anybody can be misdiagnoed so the drugs get pushed. The Probate Judge allows perjury. The law says the burden of proof is on the staff. The judge boasts that he's "above the law". Balkunas tortures people. He's a reprehensible bigot and a sadistic nutcase. His archaic bias against medical necessity isn't unexpected. He's afraid of losing customers. Balkunas should surrender his license because medicinal cannabis is legal in Connecticut. His claims are backwards. It's not difficult to comprehend that a relaxing medicinal herb still prevents paranoia because it's still relaxing. People who smoke herb are motivated, not "apathetic and lazy"; that's a variation of the stereotype about Mexicans. The myth about "impaired concentration" is also backwards. Medicinal cannabis is how I concentrate. Prehistoric medicine doesn't suddenly "cause psychosis" because some bufoon said so. Repeating a lie won't make it true. The fact remains that prehistoric medicinal herb still prevents paranoia because it's still relaxing. Balkunas never heard of an autistic genius, so he presumed I couldn't be autistic because I'm not low functioning. Of course autistic geniuses exist, it's called savant syndrome. The reprehensible doctor said threatened I'd be locked up long term because of medicinal herb that he thinks will "interfere with medicine". The word "contraindicate" would be more accurate in that context. The claim is bogus. Autism and PTSD were misdiagnoed as "bipolar disorder and schizoaffective disorder" by an irrational and hateful psychiatrist. If Balkunas were brought to justice, some other bigot would replace him. It'll take a lot to make a difference. I'm working on it.
