I've had nothing but good experiences with Darien Wellness. Scheduling has been easy and the staff has put quite a bit of effort into straightening out billing issues with my insurance company. Darien Wellness also offers some really great, free lunch and learn sessions. I would highly recommend this group.

We had a very unpleasant experience at Darien wellness. We had a difficult time scheduling our initial appt, as the time was moved without anyone informing us. After making several accommodations for the new time offered (which was discovered coincidentally) the appointment was cancelled without our knowledge. When I was trying to sort it out with the office staff were elusive and unhelpful; and when I finally was able to speak with the clinical director he was combative, condescending, and sarcastic in response to my attempts to gather information to understand the reasoning for some of their policies as well as how we had been treated. It seems that the systems and policies subscribed to at Darien wellness take precedence over their clients needs or feelings and are practiced in a rigid and uncompassionate manner. I was shocked to be treated so poorly at a center claiming to provide therapeutic services and I'm grateful that I didn't invest any more time or money in working with them.
