I've been going here for about 6 months and love it. The atmosphere is great and Cynthia has really helped me alot in the last 6 months. Highly recommend them.

Not really helpful I tried to make an appointment not really clear on if they are excepting new patients or not but once the receptionist knew I had Medicare for health insurance I was recommended to call two different places .

Maybe the providers there are fantastic, maybe they're not, I really can't say - I was immediately put off by the receptionist. When I called, she acted like I was interrupting her, and I wasn't worth her time. She was short and rude with me for no apparent reason. There are MANY behavioral health providers in the state of Connecticut, so if you can afford to lose a client because you don't want to do your job, then I commend you - you're in a better place than most businesses. Don't waste your time, look for another office with courteous, CLIENT-FOCUSED professionals.
