0 out of 5. After my daughter (13) had been seem by one of their therapists for nearly 6 months and establishing a good therapeutic relationship. The office help at Southeast Counseling & Coaching Center threatened to not let me daughter be by her therapist unless I accepted the offices unrealistic expectations and demands of their made up policies. The office help is beyond rude and unprofessional in threating abandonment of treatment in the care of a child.

Horrible front desk ; told the representative I am having a crisis . Told me to go to the Urgent care due to not feeling comfortable

Raymond Miera

This class is the best with education and therapy classes approved by the State of Colorado. Affordable and easy on the wallet. I say best course out. And Coach is a great

Since 1 star is the lowest I can rate them that is what they get. They seem to be money grubbing and not in for their patients. We got charged $55 for a cancellation fee for a very sick kid who had pink eye and was very contagious. But they don’t care. Also even if we don’t have a copay they still charge $15 for the visit. I understand needing to get paid for services but to nickel and dime just so you can collect $15 dollars is a bit excessive. Especially since they are already billing my insurance. Healthcare for profit is a joke. The front desk staff are very rude at times and it feels like you are bothering them from the socializing that they are doing when you go to check in. Unfortunate I didn’t pick this place originally and since they were close, it was convenient for us. I will be looking for another provider as I am sick of the rude staff and price gouging that they do. I would recommend everyone else do the same.

It’s funny someone recently posted that they are money hungry. I totally agree. They do not set appointments after 3:30 for any EAP clients. When asked why, the snotty red headed office manager stated “because there’s more paperwork and we don’t get paid as much. We reserve those time slots for paying customers”! Who says that to a customer? Interesting to see they only care about people who will pay the most. The counselor we just met was great and he had no problem with later appointments, but she told us he has no say in it. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and even more troubling is that it comes from a mental health business who could care less about anything but getting their money. Horrible management! Why would an owner keep such grouchy, snotty employees? Sounds like she’s been there for years. Says a lot about the owner as well. They may have some good people there, but that is no way to run this type of facility. Most people start off using an EAP to find the right person then pays out of pocket. I will never set foot back in there. Think twice about this place

The therapist at this location are absolutely wonderful. My son has developed a fantastic relationship with his therapist and we really love what she does for him. Sadly we will be leaving that therapist to find a new one do to the incredibly rude office staff. We had an appointment schedule and once we told them they were 20 minutes late they said we had the wrong time on our calendar but never said when we checked in hey you are 20 minutes early for your appointment. I was asked if I could prove I was told the wrong appointment time. When I asked for a manager the young woman working got snotty and told me she wasn’t in. The next day I called and the so called manager said “ my employee said you were yelling and she got defensive.” I never yelled at her I was irritated yes and rightfully so after being told the wrong time. The office manager continued to defend the actions of her employee being rude and saying I didn’t have proof they were wrong. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE staff for people who pay to be seen at this practice. Sad we have to leave not because of therapist but because of terrible office staff that reflect poorly on the wonderful therapists. Also they are money hungry. 55 dollar cancellation fee for a sick kid!? Ridiculous!!

Ayragon .

Always friendly, work well with us for appointments and payment, and the facility is very easy to find.

Always a great experience! The office staff was consistently welcoming, warm, and soft-spoken (the best qualities to have for this kind of business). I say "was" because I followed my therapist when she opened her own practice. I wouldn't be where I am today without this place!

We have had a very good experience here since starting in June. Dr. Gray and Dave have helped our family very much. The front office women are always very nice. They really try to work with your schedule and insurance and you feel like they really care.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My daughter had an appointment scheduled earlier this year. I called to cancel more than 48 hours ahead of time, then found out that I was charged. I called and the office manger checked their call logs and acknowledged that there was a call from me to their office more than 48 hours before my daughter's appointment and they refunded the charge. My daughter is again in need of a therapist, so I called today to make her an appointment, and I was told there was a note on her account saying not to schedule anymore appointments for her due to non-compliance to policy. They're refusing to help a child in need due to her being upset at the time that I was able to prove they charged me in error. I would not recommend this place to anyone, solely based on their management.

At first this was a good place till one of the therapist recommended another for for edmr. I felt that nothing was accompanied with the second one. And so I had an apt and the front desk scheduled it wrong and I had in my schedule a earlier time. I had to change my schedule around and when I went in for the apt they said I was too early. I didn't have time to come later I was moving. So they gave me a 45 cancel fee. I explained it wasn't my fault and the second therapist won't wave it now soo I am no longer able to see the first one that I liked. This place is just money hungry and greedy. They don't care about the patients or curing anyone problem it's just able the dollar to them. Will not recommended. Find a better place. I'll drive and pay way more for better service. It's principles which they are lacking.
