My family saw Dr. Robinson after the death of our oldest son. He was phenomenal. He was very personal, made my early teen sons feel respected and safe. Dr. Robinson also really helped my wife and I through that incredibly hard time. It was a much better than expected experience. I regularly recommend Foundations to others.

This review reflects the owner and the business methods not the counselors. The full fee (140$) for cancelling within 48 is just garbage. Their seemed to be no way arou6 it. For being a family centered facility they are overpriced and unforgiving when there is a family emergency. Won't go back. I only give two stars because the counselors are actually good. Someone needs to open a business where they can work for a good company and not get ripped off or rip clients off. I need counseling just from dealing with them.

Ok at first, but our therapist dumped us after she found out my husband didn't have an "easy to treat" disorder. And she did it by calling me and telling me she was worried we would harm her reputation because if we got a divorce she would get in trouble for not helping us more. So yeah, she diagnosed him with something, two days later called me and dumped us while accusing us of harming her reputation, and then never spoke to us again.

Ray Robinson is an outstanding counselor, who is willing to share his own personal experiences in order to help his clients. I have sought therapy many times over the years, but he is the only one who ever disclosed details about his own life. It made me & my husband feel so much more comfortable & at ease talking with him. He has helped me so much & I have recommended him to others who are quite happy with his treatment methods as well.

Great experience with the two counselors I saw at Foundations. I felt genuinely heard, and was really glad to find such great options in Loveland. The only problem is that it’s way out of my current price range. Sessions are $140 a pop now. It would be nice if they worked under a sliding scale or took some insurance plans.

Do not see Nick Hunt for marriage counseling. husband and I made an appointment with Nick Hunt. We did the intitial consult and the first sentence out of his mouth suggested divorce! Isn't that the reason you go to couseling? To avoid divorce? Divorce was not an option for me but he asked good questions. So I thought we could give him one more try. So we scheduled seperate appointments for the next week. I didn't ask how much they would be because I was so upset. I called Nick and asked and he replied that his rate was the same no matter the difference in amount of time. I replied that we could not afford that and we would have to cancel our appointments. He then said and I quote "I don't think you guys will make it if you don't come back". So I promptly told him what I thought of him and hung up. What a cruel thing to tell a women who is already going through enough. Also the website says they are a christian counseling center but only two of the therapists are Christian counselors.

Sometimes you just can't do things alone. I tried, but wasn't able to be successful. A family friend recommended Foundations Counseling LLC to us and taking that first step to make the call has forever changed the direction of my marriage and my family! Don't be afraid to admit you might need a little help as they have some great resources that can help! Best of luck to anyone reading this.

Depression can be a devastating condition, and if not treated on time consequences can be dyer by that I mean taking your own life, because suicide occurs when you don't have the coping resources to deal with it. Fortunately Foundations Counseling LLC was there to help, the Counseling method wasn't intrusive it was very well put together and it was very humanly done in perspective. My boyfriend and I went to a couple of sessions and was very impressed at first. THEN WE COULD NOT MAKE AN APT AND THEY STILL CHARGED US THE WHOLE FEE OF $100, LIKE WE DID GO. READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!! THEY WILL CHARGE THE $100 FEE FOR THE SESSION EVEN IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT OR DONT WANT TO GO. I FIND THIS TO BE A SCAM. HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE HAVE YOU RIPPED OFF FOUNDATIONS COUNSELING? YOU DID NOT INFORM US THAT WE WOULD BE CHARGED THE $100 FEE EVEN IF WE DIDNT GO! Most businesses like other counseling places, dentists, etc will charge a $15 fee if you can not make it but to be charged the regualer counseling session fee is a COMPLETE SCAM> Go somewhere and dont get played by this business.

After just 17 years of marriage, everything began to fall apart. The love my husband and I had became cold, yelling and fighting was the daily routine. I realized it was time that we sought help when my son shouted "YOU TWO STOP FIGHTING!!" I was able to Foundations and with their help our relationship began to grow once more and although nothing is 100% but things are much better. My best friend once asked, "so now that things are better, are you going to stop counseling?" I replied, "HECK NO!!" If it's working then why stop? Thanks guys!!!

I have gone to many counselors over the last few years as I have been dealing with PPD twice. Kiera is the best counselor I've ever worked with! She is so kind and makes you feel completely comfortable and understood. She validates your feelings and helps you understand your situation from different perspectives. She even might bring a game into a session to make it fun and very helpful. She is so sweet and is comfortable with people crying in her office as well. She gave me a strong hopeful vision for my future, and has made some helpful suggestions as well. I'm sticking with her from now on for whatever I need counseling about!

Honestly was super pleased with my experience here at first, I found a great counselor and I had been seeing her for a little over a year and had established a fantastic relationship, however, the company went through some changes (and I understand - things happen and certain shifts need to take place) and as a result my therapist was laid off and the company did not disclose to me why nor tell me what had happened until a day before my appointment at which point they placed me with a new counselor that I did not vibe with at all. I ended up discontinuing my counseling sessions (which I really need) and did not find a new practice until MONTHS later. Come to find out my old counselor works for the company I am now using and when I inquired about possibly seeing her again I was told that she could not see me due to her former place of employment making her sign a contract stating that seeing old clients would result in being sued for $24,000+. Therapy is supposed to be a safe place where you forge a connection with someone to help talk you through life's certain scenarios, being told that I cannot see someone because this place was afraid of losing business upsets me to no end. Truth be told they probably lost the same amount of clients they would have anyways because people loved my therapist, she was genuinely one of the best counselors I have ever seen and helped me through a lot of things. Would rate foundations counseling with negative stars if I could, so disappointed in a place that should be dedicated to helping people find themselves and is instead crushing souls.

My husband and I had marriage counseling with Keaton Brown. He is very easy to talk to, respectful, and, most importantly a very good counselor. The only complaint I have is that he made a judgement call about me just based on what my angry husband told him when they were in a session alone. My husband saw him alone for a few months and I could always tell when he had gone because he was much nicer and seemed more confident. We were sad to learn Journey Counseling is not in network for our anthem plan:(. It’s hard to find a good counselor like Keaton.
