I have been going to a family support center for around 7 years. I had good experiences with the doctors I saw there. However, on FOUR different occasions, the doctor I was currently seeing stopped working there, and no one notified me. The last time it happened (today), I had an appointment scheduled and got both a text and a phone call confirming the appointment. I went in, and they told me they had no record of my appointment and that the person I was scheduled to see no longer worked there. They offered to help in scheduling me another appointment, finding me a new doctor, or finding a way to get me the medication I needed in the mean time. I go to this place for medication that I need. It is supposed to be a place that improves mental health, but being treated like this has made my anxiety worse.

This place has been absolutely amazing for my child who has autism. We have been going here for almost a year now and my son has improved dramatically. My son Love's going here the staff is very friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place it has helped me out so much words cannot express. I'm just speaking from my own experience and it's been a good one.

We have a son recently diagnosed with autism. He has been to this company many times already ( not for ABA services, yet ) and they have always been professional and shown true concern for our son. They are careful with him and have no problem giving us extra explanation on things we're having a hard time understanding. I had been trying for roughly 6 months to get my son seen at a different location - they called me back ONCE. It took me 2 weeks to start the process here. Naturally calls/information can get lost ( we're only human after all ) but so far, that has not happened to us. We look forward to a summer full of ABA and hopefully many, many successes for our little guy.

At present, this is a partnership of two independent companies: The Family Support Center provides advanced autism treatment and the Family Care Center is an outpatient mental health center for military families. Both are outstanding and based on the highest practice standards.

Terrible experience!! Don’t waste your time there is no wonder why the wait list is so short they are always canceling appointments on short notice. Staff members call off a lot which means nobody is there to provide the hours ( therapy ) needed for your kid. My kid was left alone to play games and didn’t even do his bathroom schedule. Just save yourself the heartache find a better The health facility for your child.

Save yourself some time and bypass the family Care center. Attempted to schedule a session for marriage counseling. My husband made the appointment after talking to the scheduling folks, we showed up after both taking time off work, and were told they had no record of our appointment. Called back later that day to try and get a different time. Was told they would call me back and have never heard from them again. Terrible experience, if I could give them negative stars I would.

I've called and left a message trying to make an appointment three times. Its been two months of this. Clearly, they don't care about your mental health if it means they actually have to put in effort and return your call.

We started our venture here in December of 2017 . My son desperately needs ABA therapy and to date - zero appointments for him. I’m not sure what’s going on with this practice. The first two people who are now gone - told me we were ready to go and then we didn’t hear anything. I came to find both the people we were working with got laid off and we got lost in the shuffle. My file had the wrong insurance in it even though I sent 2 copies of my card. The same file also said my number was disconnected even though a new person FINALLY called back at the very same number (obviously never disconnected). After months of waiting we finally got the intake. To be fair, the person who took us in was nice, seemed competent, and turned around a report the very next day. However we are still waiting after being approved 3.5 weeks ago. I’ve called twice no returned calls. I’m not waiting much longer - my son needs ABA and I’ll be forced to start over this process. I hope the therapy isn’t representative of all these things that have gone on thus far and I’m hoping for the best.

This company is the worst not only to work for but for the kids as well. Over half of the staff here is on DRUGS. The owner refused to do anything when informed. Not safe for your children at all and I think they should lose their license.

We were referred here in December!!! My kid has been seen once and its the middle of April. The admissions person is a joke!!! I had to call over a dozen times to even get the paperwork sent, and attempt to schedule 1 appointment. I just went in today for his 2nd testing attempt which they let me know hes not on the schedule, and the woman hes suppose to see isnt even there today!!! This appointment was over a month ago when it was made. I call to find out what the hell is going on to be told some more BS about another referral from another dr, my son was referred by his therapist and psychiatrist already!!! Absolutely nuts!!! This place is a joke, and the way ive been treated for 5 months I cannot imagine that any care they give any child would be worth anyones time. Ive contacted the psychiatrist already and asked to be referred elsewhere. Ive also called the admissions coordinator's supervisor and am expecting a call back. This is how they run this business!!! Its sick and negligent.

If you hear them tell you “It should be couple more weeks until she can start” RUN FOR THE HILLS!! They are lying through their teeth! They will tell you this for months to get you from going somewhere else. “A couple weeks” to them means “we have a 6 month (or more) waitlist but want you to get the run around for 6 months)”. What happened to honesty?!
