I had a friend with a kid in a minor crisis. The family was very upset and asking us for advice. I felt out of my depth and thought they should talk to Carrie. I phoned her at about 7pm on a Friday night and she was willing to talk through the situation over the phone with me. Then she made time in her schedule on a Saturday to meet with them as well as working with them financially. She is a very kind and caring person and I would recommend her to anyone!
