Good luck, they like to wait until a couple days before your appointment and reschedule you! They rescheduled my son twice only to be told "we don't keep track of who we reschedule" and there's no other appointments! We'll be seeing another doctor.

This place is horrible, maybe no stars would be more appropriate! My provider was in another practice, I will now be switching providers after 3 years! The staff is extremely unprofessional. If you are not an addict you will defanitly feel like one before you leave. FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER !! NOT MY CIRCUS NOT MY MONKEYS. JUST A FAIR WARNING.

Dr. Julie Brann is an awesome PMHNP. She really takes the time to get to know what is going on with you. She does NOT always prescribe medications for what your issues are. She is a very smart and caring person.

If I could give 0 I would. Staff was very unprofessional. Basically said there is no such thing as high functioning autism. Dr. Cole signs off on paperwork for things he has not witnessed. We ended up getting a second opinion and his results were nowhere near what the second opinion testing was. Also, it's not a very smart idea to lump testing into a 3 hour block since children can get overwhelmed easily.

If I could give this place a 0, I would. The reception staff are extremely rude.. They will cut you off mid sentence and are extremely unhelpful when it comes to anything but scheduling. Julie Brann gave me more anxiety going to see her then what I deal with normally.. She’ll also cut you off mid sentence and not listen to what you’re saying as well as write off anything you’re feeling in that moment. She put me on medication even though I stated I didn’t want medication and then had to ween myself off the medication she prescribed because I no longer felt comfortable going to see her. They use a “checklist” to basically diagnose you so I supposedly have several different diagnoses that aren’t true (as I’ve seen another dr and got all my records from this place). Good luck with billing too.. they use a third party company and it takes MONTHS to get your bill.. I didn’t receive my first bill from them until January and I started going there in October.. I was asking them for months where my bill was because I didn’t want to be billed all at once, which I was in the end.. reception said they don’t deal with billing and don’t know whats going on with it nor know what is being billed for each visit.. I disputed part of that bill and came to a reasonable agreement with Ryan Cole for a new bill back in January... still haven’t received my physical statement and now have their billing department calling me 7 months later.. They truly could careless about their patients and are clueless how to run this practice. Don’t waste your time or money!!

If I could give them a 0 I would. They are extremely disorganized and I have never come across a business that has so many issues with billing. I was getting call after call to contact my insurance that they wouldnt't pay, and we all know how long it takes to get through to an actual person to talk to. The insurance would tell me everything was fine that they were putting inappropriate modifiers. Yet, every week I would get a call saying that there was an insurance issue. Don't these people have to go to school for billing? At least graduate from high school?

Dr. Brann is excellent. She is frank and HONEST in her assessments and recommendations. Our experiences with their evaluation services so far have been good overall. It can be frustrating trying to make the connection to schedule eval appointments, but the assessments themselves are thorough, complete, and accurate.

We went in for a dyslexia eval. Our daughter is young but we noticed signs very early on. They did not tell us that the standard is to not evaluate until 2nd grade. Instead they did not disclose and put our daughter through 2 days of testing. I would not use again.

I can't recommend a more professional practice than this one. Dr. Swan was on point with our daughter and family. She is very educated and informative without being "just a psych clinician". Worth the short waitlist! We were comfortable and informed the whole time and after we left they kept in contact to make sure we had all the resources we needed and were accessible to us for our situation. Children's Hospital lost our paperwork and had us on a waitlist for 2.5 yrs, total disgrace...still waiting fyi..

This place is horrible. I had ONE appointment with Margaret Montoya and decided to never go back. She would cut me off and get mad if i tried to explain anything telling me to either say yes or no and nothing else. She judged me yhe moment she laid eyes on me and i felt HORRIBLE telling her anything and she made me feel luke i shouldnt have yold her anything i had been going through. She made me more anxious than i was going in. Not personable at all. You can tell shes just like most psychiatrists in Colorado... Just there for a paycheck. Glad I never went back.
