They'll tell you over the phone that you don't have to do UAs and can do it through probation instead. This is untrue- it's a requirement of their program and they will not inform you until you've already signed several papers and paid them for the assessment. Be wary of anything they say unless you can get it in writing. Also they did not inform me that I would have to repay the assessment fee if I wanted to do counselling elsewhere. Very dishonest and I am 100% sure I have the correct business in mind

If you are seeking counseling I would suggest going elsewhere. I've had nothing but unpleasant experiences with this office and feel rather dumb continuing to go there after the first incident. The final incident that caused me to no longer seek assistance from this office occurred after I arrived 10 min late due to an accident that backed up traffic, and was informed the counselor that scheduled me left, because he "didn't think I was going to show." They never answer the phones and are prompt in no way of returning phone calls and overall are unprofessional.
