Dr. Jacob helped me to get out of an abusive relationship and recover from a ten year addiction. My self esteem is higher because of her, I'm no longer depressed, and for the first time in my life I would call myself a happy person. Definitely recommend!

I've seen Tanya for many years. She's been there for me from my college heartbreaks to personal and marital issues. Instead of using meds I chose therapy with her and it helped me a great deal with my depression and anxiety. She also helped me when I was suffering in an abusive relationship. It's great to start and continue with one therapist who knows your history very well. Tanya is very kind and respectful to her patients and as a therapist.
