Polaris really understands the adolescent mind and is able to use this knowledge to adapt treatment plans for each individual person. They don't just treat the mental health problems they treat the person as a whole. I highly recommend them for your adolescent.

Our family had a life changing experience at Polaris Teen Center. We were looking for residential treatment for my younger sister who was struggling with major depression and substance abuse. Was personally very skeptical about another “teen rehab” facility. Much to my surprise, Polaris turned out to be the totally different! Their team of doctors and therapists met with our family and came up with a customized mental health treatment program to ensure she got the exact care she needed. Their doctors went above and beyond to show our family a better way of life and heal my sister from the inside out. It’s rare you stumble across such genuine, talented, and dedicated people like Michelle, Angi and Dr. Kiriakos at Polaris Teen Center. Can’t stress enough how much of a difference this place has made – Thank you so much for everything!!

What is really most impressive about Polaris is how many different type of personal treatments they are able to offer you. While other places tend to offer a one-size-fits-all treatment model, at Polaris, they seem to really know their stuff.

I attribute all my daughter's current successes to her treatment at Polaris Teen Center. My daughter now has a 20 hour a week job at Target and is doing well at it. I often think that the boundaries she learned at Polaris allow her to make it through an 8 hour day cashiering. She also has only ditched one class all year at school. Last year she couldn’t go a week without ditching full days of school and some weeks couldn’t go two days without ditching school to get high. We still need to work very hard together at setting and keeping boundaries with love and respect, but Polaris, and all of its wonderful top notch staff and therapists, provided a wonderful model for us to follow. I’m well aware that substance abuse is a daily challenge and don’t kid myself about being out of the woods yet, but our daughter will always remember her growth and the care though kindness and boundaries that she felt at Polaris Treatment Center.

Not too many places seem to care about teens the way that polaris teen center does. One of the best decisions of my life. thankful for the clinical team and staff at polaris.
