They are a leader in treatment for Anxiety, Panic, Worry, OCD, Depression and Phobias. It can be so hard to find someone you can trust, to talk about those things that are so private to you. I’ve known founder Ernie Schmidt for years, and I know he has build an all-star team of Cognitive Behavioral ( CBT ) therapists. A great place to seek safe and confidential help, and an outstanding place to work! I would definitely refer my close friends and beloved family to Palo Alto Therapy!
