This place is a damn joke. They have u here for almost 5 hours on just nonessential questionnaires that DO NOT apply to the purpose of the visit. Absolute waist of time.

False advertising, and only allows you to receive signed documented assessments with Nogales at the maximum scaling cost. With genetic engineering having been made available since the 80s it is artifical that they should fine people for mental illness or disabilities. The on line staff is advantageous to those who lack socioeconomic advocacy and It is comforting that these people will die in diapers because they chose a career that fines the mentally ill or disabled for money they don't have

They have been very helpful. Thank you to Dr Nogales and mainly Dr Scores. Without him, I will be in bed 24/7 from all the symptoms I have. He gives me hope. I agree that the initial consultation is already too long. Maybe cut an hour or so as we are completely sick to handle it. I was laying down on a couch

I got an evaluation done here 4 my familys case. The front staff was helpful and very flexible with my mom who has dementia and is cant speak English. The evaluation helped decide my case . the judge even pointed out the great report. Thank u dr!!!!
