Bret at the front desk was great. He was able to go the extra mile and get me the help I needed. Unfortunately many of us who are coming here are not always in the greatest mindset, and we cannot always get to the mindset we want fast enough. Many of the problems that we as patients have cannot be fixed overnight, but take time and hard work on our part to overcome and better deal with these problems. We often have to change lifelong thinking patterns and sometimes deal with issues that overpower us. We are the keys to our future and are therefore the most important part of our healing process. The doctors can give us therapy, medicine, and advice on how to improve ourselves, but we must actively work on using there advice and therapy to make a change in ourselves.

I love coming here and getting the help I need. The staff is very nice and well protected about there work. They have many different programs there for yourself or your child to go to and get the help they need.

I went because i was self harming and have major depression disorder, the staff treated me okay, but the activies we did made me feel worse

this hospital is actually pretty nice compared to others. the only bad thing about this place is you are basically stuck in a room all day expect for occupational therapy and during visiting hours. you're also not allowed to have piercings so they make you take it out?? so hide them if you can

My mother was here and they do not treat the patients good. These employees should not be able to take advantage of people with mental illness just for fun. This place needs to be thoroughly investigated for the way they treat their patients and visitors. Everyone should be following the same rules. They have video cameras but no audio so that already is bad because things look different on camera and without audio you cannot know how they mistreat their patients. They force their patients to take medication and if they deny medications they threaten them by saying they will sue them. There should be a psychiatrist to evaluate these patients individually and not just groups meetings.

Norco addiction after some surgeries. My insurance covered 21 days and it was great. I was carefully brought down thoroughly detoxed in about 3 days but the panic anxious feeling gone first day! Great doctors, nurses entire staff.

My daughter went to the hospital in chino and this program came highly recdomended for her after care. I really have nothing good to say about their program. It's designed to make the parents feel like they failed their children in some way and that their problems are because of things you did. They allowed my daughter to manipulate them throughout the entire process and never got down to the real issues. In fact in a group setting where I tried to get down to the issues the therapist called me out and throughly embarrassed me in front of the entire group. My daughter was clearly allowed to voice her opinions and we were not. They never asked for our side of things and just kept basically telling us everything was our fault. When it came to graduation and our daughter was finally done. Her own therapist suddenly was out for an indefinite amount of time and wasn't even there. That is beyond the therapists control though and understandable but it was never closure for my daughter. Brittany was our counselor and she made me feel very insignificant the entire process. I was supposed to just allow our daughter to mistreat us and that was ok. My daughter played them very well and they ate it all up.
