I sent a friend to Krista who was in a wedding in which the only way she could realistically get there was to fly. My friend was terrified to fly and was not sure what to do. I referred her to Krista and after a couple visits was able to get on that plane and attend the wedding without fear. I have to say that is amazing that someone can help with that kind of anxiety in such a short time. My friend raves about her and so do I. I would recommend Krista to anyone dealing with anxiety or stress. She is a true master of her practice.

I went to a workshop where Dr. Krista Regedanz focused on how we can work with our own emotional anxieties during challenging parenting times – how to be present so that we can be the parents we want to be for our children and be happier within ourselves. Krista is the founder of Smart Therapy and works with many people in this fast-paced, goal-oriented community to find energy, happiness and balance within very demanding lifestyles. As a parent, and a person who wears many hats, she applied her own experience during the workshop while breaking down concepts about the brain and our emotional processes. She articulately, visually and physically walked us through very tangible/ do-able methods that I am already working into my everyday practice.
