There is never a doctor or pediatrician available. What kind of provider are you? If you dont even have doctors available?? And when you ha e an appointment it takes luke 3 hours for u to get out. Stay away from this clinic.

If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would... I called this place 4 times and was transferred 12 times to 3 voicemails and a homeless shelter, yep that's right. I talked to their new receptionist Wendy on the phone and she transferred me to another voicemail. So I had to physically get off the trolley and walk to their clinic to schedule an appointment. I asked if I spoke to Wendy over the phone and she replied "No". During the same interaction I asked her what her name was and she replied "Wendy".. Looked me in the eye and lied to my face... I have to write a formal grievance now just so other patients aren't subjected to this low level of care

The time they take to assist you after the time of your appointment it's ridiculous (about 2 hours to call you in) after You're in it takes about another hour and 30 mins for them to finish with you .....so if your appointment is at 9am expect to be out of there by 12pm

If I could give this place a negative a million stars I would DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST first time went the pulled the wrong tooth. Second time I went to speak with the manager I was harrasted by the same dentist
