Easy Speech is always striving to help others learn and get the most out of each session. Every one is so passionate about their job. Including front staff. They demonstrate compassion for each patient/parent and always place themselves in their shoes in order to understand their needs. All the therapists always want the best of each child/adult as well. They are sweet and caring for each and every one of them. Easy Speech Therapy Center is definitely a place you want to come for any therapy whether its for psych, physical therapy , occupational, or speech therapy. Such a welcoming place!

I've taken my son here in the past and was very dissatisfied. There were a couple therapists that were great, but all the good ones left. The staff cannot get their schedule straight or take down notes correctly and are very very unproffessional. I recently tried taking my son back again, but the same things are happening before his 1st appointment, so I figured it won't be worth the nightmare all over again. Will be looking into other places. This place isn't the only option in the Desert.

Such a horrible place. I would never recommend this to anyone. They called to say they can no longer meet my sons needs. This is the worst company ever and Bree the supervisor is the worst and should pick a new medical field?

This is the worst place EVER! You CAN NOT MAKE APPTS! The rudest staff ever! They will not answer phone calls, they will not make appts, they will hang up on you, they will pretend they can't hear you then hang up. The waiting room smells like dirty diapers, any excuse not to work. DONT GO HERE!

My experience in easy speech was not very pleasant. I think there are few therapists who are professionals, my daughter fell 3 times because of physical therapy therapists and for complaining I was told that, since I do not like the treatment, I can go somewhere else and from that moment they removed the therapies caring about anything and they did not put a solution for me they are not professionals, they should not give service, they need a lot of study and experience, it is a danger to go to that place, for my part easy speech does not work

I found Easy Speech through a friend, and feel so thankful I did. Pros: Clean, friendly, and huge sensory gym and therapists. Cons: They are always super booked and now I can see why. I wish they were open on weekends!

The staff at Easy Speech are unprofessional and represent the worst in medical staff associates. The medical assistants are there just to get a paycheck with out working. My suggestion would be find another place to work or a new provider for treatment. They do not care about the patients needs. They even have locked windows and doors inside the office, which must represent how they feel about the community of patients and their families. This place should be out of business, reported or a complete restaff.

The worst management. The Hispanic lady in charge is the worst at providing help and support to the parents in need . The therapist are great . Is just the people in charge are no good . Bad attitude. We are glad we were able to find a better place in palmprings .

If you are a parent looking for a very good speech pathologist this is the place to come they are the BEST a very clean and fun environmental place. My child loves it so much that he is happy and I'm a happy mother too. I totally recommend it.

This place is AMAZING!!! We have been coming here for only a year and my child has made tremendous progress. Easy Speech helped my child (and 20+ more clients) get an iPad to communicate. My son now has a voice...a voice he waited to have for 10 years and who no other therapy center or school district was able to help him with. The Coachella Valley is so lucky to have this place, as they are helping change the lives of hundreds of children daily.

I am very great full to all the staff in easy speech therapy center. They are so caring the scheduling person Miguel is such a caring and compassionate person he is a very high educated person and allows us to explain what we need. I’ve witnessed how parents go off on the front staff being very abusive but yet they maintain very calm. I’m glad we still have people that care. Thank easy speech for making a great place for our child to receive therapy. Therapist are also great and so caring.

Bueno, creo que es un gran gran lugar y lamentablemente no hay muchos que ofrezcan estos servicios en la region, sin embargo pongo estas dos estrellas porque ha estado teniendo sus fallas, considero que nadie es perfecto, pero debido a varias cosas tuve que retirar a mi hijo de este lugar. No leen el expediente tienen un desorden de varios terapeutas para un paciente, lo mejor es que sean pocos terapeutas con el mismo paciente para que se vea un mejor progreso, hay terapeutas que no leen el expediente y menos van a lograr un avance, no saben en qué va El Niño etc.. mi hijo tiene asma les dije mil veces a las mil personas que me hicieron entrevistas... y aún así 4 ocasiones mi hijo salió con ataque de tos y dos veces con asma, por ponerlo a jugar en actividades físicas que les dije que el no podía. Lo mismo en terapia de comida les dije que era alérgico a ciertos alimentos y como que se les olvidaba porque me pedían esas alimentos para que se los llevara, creo que no tienen un control porque meten muchos niños pocos terapeutas, todos los terapeutas con todos los niños revueltos, se presta a que se les olviden los requisitos en cada criatura, una vez la secretaria me hizo mala cara porque para la sesión necesitaba comprar pizza con piña y me dijo que estaba cerca la little cesar le dije es que el solo come de dominós y me hizo medio mala cara y pues se me hizo absurdo porque por eso precisamente estamos en terapia de comida, por que es PIKI por texturas etc parece que se les olvida que son niños con problemas, niños ESPECIALES, aparte de eso, interrumpí una terapia y mi niño estaba en las piernas del terapeuta leyendo un libro, me pareció poco profesional el contacto entre terapeuta y paciente, por si fuera poco quise poner una queja con la manager y pues pedí hablar con la manager y pues para Que eso fuera posible me dijo la secretaria que YO necesitaba forzosamente decirles DE que quería hablar con ella, les dije que era privado que no quería comentarlo con nadie, y pues no, no se pudo tuve que decirles el motivo a todos en la oficina... y tengo que reconocer este fue el motivo por el cual ya no quise ir más, me iba a sentir súper incómoda de ir y que después yo fuera tachada de “ahí viene la mamá delicada” así que para evitarme esas cosas preferí ya no ir. Aclaró la manager fue una excelente persona me atendió de lo más nice posible y entendió mis puntos de vista, aun así yo preferí buscar otro lugar por que yo solo buscaba privacidad en mi tema para hablar con la manager. lo siento
